Sorting Algorithms
Richter, Jan ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with basic types of sorting algorithms. We are able to divide these algorithms into two groups, which are elementary (direct) sorting algorithms and difficult (optimized) ones. From the group of direct algorithms, the thesis is dedicated to algorithms of direct paste, direct selection, and direct exchange, which could be further divided into bubblesort and shakersort. From the second group of optimized algorithms in the thesis, sorting with miniaturizing of steps (Shellsort) and dividing sorting (Quicksort) are described. In context of these algorithms, I deal with syntaxes and also effectiveness, with which they are able to sort the given system. Criteria of effectiveness are comparison and movement calculations, which are the function of only one parameter – the number of members in the system.

Physical activity of older people in residential services.
MIHALYOVÁ, Miroslava
The thesis is focused on the physical activity of seniors in selected residential services in the district of Český Krumlov. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of Czech professional journals and books of literature and verified Internet resources related to the topic. It deals mainly with the fields of aging and old age, health and diseases, and the appropriate movement activities in old age too. The practical part is focused on the finding if the physical activity is an integral part of the seniors in selected residential services in the district of Český Krumlov, whether seniors dedicated to physical activities and if the seniors would use a model created by the program with a focus on appropriate physical activity. Data were collected by questionnaire surveys, structured interviews and participant observation. The creation of the model of physical activity of older people was an integral part of the practical part of the thesis The results show that physical activity is an integral part of seniors in selected residential services in the district of Český Krumlov that most seniors currently devoted to physical activities and that most seniors use created a model program with a focus on appropriate physical activity.
The path of the water - Land art elements in the context of urbanization of Czech countryside of Český Krumlov
NOWAK, Bohumír
This work is complementary theoretical part of my practical art project on "Path of Water". Introductory chapter is devoted to the water. I'm investigating physical properties of the water in different states of matter and particularly its movement. I even consider its place in the art. The second chapter is devoted to the development of the landscape and its changes caused by the nature and human. The third chapter deals with the meaning, origin and history of land art in the world and in Bohemia. The fourth chapter describes the most interesting places and history surrounding the village Staré Dobrkovice in which the chosen place can be found. Intentions and descriptions of implementations are dealt with in fifth chapter. In the end I summarize the development of entire project and individual parts and I evaluate individual achievements and meeting of determined criteria.
