Loajalita návštěvníka k horské destinaci

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the loyalty of the visitors to mountain destinations in Czech Republic, specifically to Beskydy and Jeseníky. First, literary research is elaborated using Czech and foreign resources. Based on the analysis of secondary data, the characteristics of both destinations are performed. Then the evaluation of the survey, which was attended by 388 respondents. Through regression analysis are identified key factors that have a significant influence on the loyalty of the visitors to both destinations. A mutual comparison of both destinations is made and based on the results of the survey are formulated relevant recommendations to increase satisfaction and loyalty of the visitors to both destinations.
