This work deals with the shift of the comfort zone and personal development of participants in teambuilding events. The first part defines key terms such as teambuilding, comfort zone, personal development, motivation and stimulation. Next part presents survey using structured interviews. Respondents were asked about their experiences with the shift of the comfort zone and personal development at such events. The following part analyses the interviews to find out whether these teambuilding events have any impact on the personal development and shift of the participants' comfort zone.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of employee benefits and proposes the possible changes in the selected organization. The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic concepts that are closely related to the given issues. The characteristics of the company and the description of the current system of providing employee benefits are described in the introduction of practical part. The analysis was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. A questionnaire survey examines the influence of employee benefits to the employees of the organization and employee satisfation. In conclusion, there are recommended options to increase the efficiency of the current system of providing employee benefits and purpose of possible changes.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of employee benefits and proposes the possible changes in selected organization. The characteristics of thecompany are described in the introduction of practical part. Subsequently, the current situations of benefits in selected companies are provided through questionnaire surveys, where the employee satisfactions with benefits are verified. The obtained information from questionnaires solves the particular employee satisfaction with engagement level and mutual information between management and employees. In conclusion, there are recommended options to improve the efficiency of the current system and purpose of possible changes.
