Effect of Aikido to develop fitness abilities and technical skills of the child

Title: Effect of Aikido to develop fitness abilities and technical skills of the child Objectives: Main objective of this work is to discover improving level of conditions exercise group of children for three months. Another objective is to compare progress of technical skills in the same group of children. Methods: For fitness abilities were used normalized tests. For evaluation gained data was used dual t-test and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). For monitoring technical skills (tumbles and techniques) was used subjective observation. Results: In fitness abilities was confirmed, that age is main part of level of physical power. The older the child, the were powerful. After evaluation of fitness skills wasn't discovered statistically significant difference in the whole of group. Everybody was improving in technical skills - complete beginners even advanced members. Key words: aikido, motion skills, motion abilities, tumble technique, basic techniques of aikido
Determining the influence of fitness aerobics lessons on muscle strength, flexibility and body constitution\\

The aim of this bachelor thesis is through standardized tests to discover levels of physical abilities of girls attending selective aerobics at the department of Physical Education and Sport. The testing consists of three tests of muscle strength. From one flexibility test, one endurance test and by the use of BMI the body structure will be measured. The first sets of tests were run on 3rd of November and the final sets of tests were run six weeks later on 15th of December. After an analysis of all the data gained from the research, a comparison and evaluation of this data followed as well as the final testing by the use of simple average and standard deviation. The results were put into tabular graphs. This bachelor thesis should determine the impact of aerobic (non compete forms) on our physical abilities.
