The elaborate attack will be monitored in several categories and will be carefully analyzed in qualitative and quantitative terms. Based on these analyzes are developed exercises that can be used in the training process. Assessment Center - Group Exercises
Mikesková, Martina ; Wagnerová, Irena (advisor) ; Michalík, David (referee)
The subject of my final thesis is the assessment centre as a method being used in practice of personnel psychology. The theoretical part is aimed at basic methods of assessment centre, it contains the definitions and instructions which limit and edit the assessment centre as regards its content and implementation aspects. It describes the processes of assessment centre creation and choice of its partial methods (dialogue, test methods, model situation etc). In more detail it deals with character of assessment centre partial methods and possibilities of their diagnostic outputs application. In particular chapter special attention is given to model situations and group exercises questions. At the same time it describes the assessment centre social-psychological aspects and its cultural and intercultural extent. The empirical part contains the description and analysis of particular existing assessment centre, from which a suggestion for its optimalization arises. Key words assessment center group exercises simulations
Design assessment centra
Buráňová, Pavla
Aim of this thesis was to design a new methodology for testing applicants for internship to the student volunteer organisation AIESEC. Based on document analysis followed by interviews with contemporary and former members of AIESEC, competencies of an ideal member of the organisation have been identified. Consequently, a competency model has been created. Model situations and event schedule have been prepared and evaluators have been trained for the assessment centre. The design of the assessment centre has then been tested during 7 sessions on total 41 participants - 12 men and 29 women, in the age from 19 to 24. During realization of the assessment centre, its concurrent validity with the NEO-PI-R inventory have been measured. Moderate correlations have been found, however, it has not been recommended to replace the assessment centre with this method. The designed model of the assessment centre has been discussed considering future utilization by the organisation, and limitations and recommendations have been defined.

Attitudes of university students to academic cheating - sample situations analysis.
ŽALUD, Jakub
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the attitude of university students towards academic cheating. It focuses mainly on student´s attitudes and reasons for these attitudes. The theoretical part contains concepts related to academic cheating for better orientation in this issue. In the empirical part, the attitude of college students towards academic cheating has been investigated. The research group consisted of 6 respondents, currently studying at university. Research shows that respondent´s attitudes to academic cheating are frequently inhomogeneous. This may refer to a different personal experience, to the unacceptability of cheating based on generally valid school standards or to the various personalities of the respondents. Some consensus among respondents appears especially in situations that respondents tend to evaluate as more serious (theft, betrayal of trust or theft of intellectual property). Also, there is a tendency for respondents to react mildly towards academic cheating that is considered to be prevalent.
