Lift model used AS-Interface network
Hubený, František ; Kučera, Pavel (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis is focused on the management model of the lift with field bus AS-interface. The aim of the thesis is to become familiar with the principles of communication networks AS-Interface and then apply those principles to create a program for PLC Rockwell Automation. For the processing was used publications aimed at AS-Interface bus, lift control, and other information sources. The result of this work is functional program management model for the lift with AS-Interface bus.
Model of the lift including AS-Interface network
Žůrek, Martin ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis occupies with a suggestion of the model of a lift which is driven by a serial industrial bus AS-Interface. In the introduction there is presented theoretical knowledge useful for the reader to the problems especially of the origin and fundamental parametrs of bus AS-Interface, description three levels referential model ISO/OSI which are included in AS-Interface. Further there is the description of transmission of analogical values and standard profiles which are used. In the other part I am trying to solve the model of the lift from the construction standpoint and function of component parts which are included in the lift model. The fourth part devotes to the communications protocol for the control of storeys and the cab box which are shown the data transmission between unit master and unit slave and the opposite. In the last part it is shown programming environment and routines and functions and connection unit slave to unit master. Enclosed are electrotechnical schemes of the model of the lift, the block of programme structure for PLC and technical docummentation of components.
Experimental measuring of model house lift
Kalina, Martin ; Feiler, Zdeněk (referee) ; Koláčný, Josef (advisor)
This work describes a model of a house elevator with an EC motor ( Electronically Commutated Motor) and a programme essential for controlling of the model and adjusting of the protective features for a safe operation. The work deals with experimental measurement based on the model, firstly while being at idle run, and then while being loaded. It is focused on the identification of influencing the EC motor input by usage of the counterweight. The aim of the work is to process the measured data, which are then used for mechanical adaptation of the model and the consequent confrontation between the measured data gained before and after the adaptation. Also an important part of the work is the simulation of the elevator using the 3D SolidWorks Programme.
