Design of Product Specification Support in the Information System

The thesis deals with the design of product specification support for a model enterprise, which is part of the training centre in the Business Process Management Laboratory at the Faculty of Business. Based on the analysis of the process management curriculum and the equipment of the LAPROCO laboratory, proposals for the model enterprise are made. The aim of the designs is to create support for the specification of the products of the model enterprise in the form of a configurator, and the processes associated with it.

This master thesis is focused on the design of contract execution in a model company and its management using an enterprise information system. The model enterprise will be used for a training centre using the business process management laboratory, especially as a support for the teaching of the Process Management study programme. The thesis deals with the analysis of the courses and the available equipment. The presented proposal for the course of the contract by the model company reflects the current state of the current use of the laboratory and the opportunities or limitations arising from the already acquired equipment.
