Antennas for GSM bands
Rousek, Jiří ; Pokorný, Michal (referee) ; Pítra, Kamil (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with miniaturization techniques of the planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA). In bachelor thesis were simulated antennas for the GSM bands using meandering of the radiating patch, capacitive load and U-slolts. Influence of parameters of each miniaturization techniques on the antenna size and parameters were studied. The process of designing the antennas is described in detail. Selected models of antennas were adapted to given dielectric substrate and constructed. The measured results are presented and compared with simulations.
Methods of printed circuit board design
Cirkovský, Jaroslav ; Vrba, Kamil (referee) ; Herencsár, Norbert (advisor)
The main purpose of my bachelor thesis was to acquaint with issues of printed circuit boards and to create multimedia videos. The first part deals with questions of the accuracy, miniaturization and applied cases with different outlets. Following chapters dissert on electromagnetic compatibility from the view of basic rules, which have to be observed in order to reach the best functionality of the printed circuit board. There are also other issues - components increasing the reliability of printed circuit board and the comparing of methods of printed circuit board design. The final part of my bachelor thesis discusses outputs which are necessary in practice. This includes technical and design documentation and the technology of production the printed circuit. The last chapter describes created multimedia utilities which help us with printed circuit boards design via the program Eagle.
Smart modul integrated in power plug
Rusz, Martin ; Musil, Petr (referee) ; Mlýnek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work is focus on Powerline Communication technology and select a suitable type of broadband integrated circuit for the integration of a broadband communication module into an electrical installation box. In the introduction of this work, the Powerline Communication technology, the principle of communication, individual types of technology, factors influencing the quality of transmission, current possibilities and setting goals necessary for the design of the module are analyzed in detail. The result is a miniaturized functional prototype of a fully integrated broadband PLC modem in a wiring box.
Smart Wearable
Moravec, Luboš ; Macháň, Ladislav (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the explanation of the concept of smart wearables and the different application possibilities. This work also includes examples of finished demonstration devices in this category. Part of this work is devoted to guide the selection of appropriate components for the design of new equipment in the category of smart wearable. The result of this thesis is designed wearable and charging station. This device is able to read user input and display that information on a smart device running under Android system connected via Bluetooth technology.
BLDC motor controller
Němec, Petr ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this Master thesis is to design a power convertor for BLDC motor 48V/2kW. Emphasis is placed on the small dimensions of the final printed circuit board. Therefore, power SMD transistors STL135N8F7AG are used in small packages PowerFlat 5x6. To reduce area of the PCB, electrolytic capacitors are mounted on a separate board, which is located above the main PCB. Small high-capacity 22F/100V ceramic capacitors are used in the DC-LINK as well. They are located as close as possible to the power SMD tranzistors. Control logic will be provided by microprocesor STM32G474RE. High resolution timer HRTIM1 is used. The first part of this thesis is devoted to the brief description of BLDC motor construction and driving. Next parts are focused on the design itself.
Design of Microrobots – microworld technology
Kamrla, Jan ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
This Bechelor thesis aims to introduce problematics of designing microrobots and microsystems. The thesis emphasizes technology, which are suitable for aplication in the microworld. The conclusion is summary and future development of microrobots.
Development of portable ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph
Šesták, Jozef ; Gogaľová, Zuzana ; Lunerová, K.
Recently we have successfully proved the concept of experimental portable liquid chromatograph which utilizes a simple hydraulic scheme and a universal optical detector capable of simultaneous absorbance and fluorescence monitoring. Here we present some latest improvements of our concept.
Portable liquid chromatograph Portable as a new tool for the determination of hazardous substances
Šesták, Jozef ; Lunerová, K. ; Vaněk, J.
The portable liquid chromatograph is a new instrument of compact dimensions, which enables the implementation of HPLC analyzes in conditions outside the laboratory. It was used for the development of a certified methodology for the detection and determination of selected mycotoxins in complex samples.\n\n
