Education of employees in public service- Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Office of Town District Prague 13

The diploma thesis deals with education of employees in public service and it focuses on the differences between state administration and local government. Representative of the state administration is Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and representative of local government is Office of Town District Prague 13. Educated employees present a valuable capital and the basic assumption for efficient administration of services and organizational stability too. The goal of diploma thesis is to classify the structure and utilization of employee's education methods in state administration and local government, to determinate the differences and to fix recommendations. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of education, education as a HR activity, the forms and methods of employee's education and it presents legislation, which governs the area of employee's education in public service. The practical part presents the present state of employee's education in public service and used education methods and employee's satisfaction. This is based on obtained results of expert interviews and questionnaire survey. Based on this information there are descriptions of the main differences between the state administration and local government in the area of employee's education and there are mentioned suitable recommendations.
Coaching as a method of training employees

The thesis introduces an area of corporate education, conditions of its systematic and efficient management and methods of training employees. The scope of this thesis is to analyze strengths and weaknesses of coaching if used as method of training employees. The analysis is mostly focused on internal coaching, compares advantages and disadvantages of internal coaching towards external and also focuses on coaching in general as a method used for training employees.
Problems of In-House Training in the Jalta Hotel

The topic of the graduation thesis is concerned in the in-house training. The thesis is focused on the issue in the Jalta Hotel, so the title of graduation thesis is Problems of In-House Training in the Jalta Hotel. The thesis contains four chapters: the first chapter deals with the theoretical base of the training, the second chapter describes the Jalta Hotel, the third chapter contains the analysis of the in-house training in the Jalta Hotel. The marketing research found out ways of in-house training, their positives and negatives. For purpose of the third chapter there were distributed questionnaires to the employees of the Jalta Hotel. In the last chapter there are the suggestions and recommendations of improvement in the in-house training in the Jalta Hotel. For the graduation thesis it was used the information base from the special and periodical literature, the Internet and from the in-house documents.
Analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část shrnuje vývoj personální práce v podniku od počátku tzv. personální administrativy až k současnému řízení lidských zdrojů. Obecně definuje základní personální činnosti a následně se podrobněji zaměřuje na dílčí činnost, kterou je v současnosti jedna z nejdůležitějších personálních činností a to vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Praktická část nejprve charakterizuje vybranou společnost Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group a dále analyzuje vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Tato společnost je významným zaměstnavatelem v České republice, zaměstnává více než 3500 zaměstnanců v pracovním poměru a spolupracuje s mnoha dalšími, zejména pojišťovacími zprostředkovateli. Věnuje oblasti lidských zdrojů náležitou pozornost a na vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců klade velký důraz.
