Wear of hard coatings
Černý, Libor ; Křupka, Ivan (referee) ; Omasta, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis was made as a description of the main technological methods, which are used in order to manufacture hard coatings. Applications of hard coatings are realized to improve tribological properties of components in various industries. The aim is to minimize the amount of wear and friction losses. Thesis also discusses methods of measuring the hard coatings wear. These methods are important to determine the properties of coating layers and their subsequent use. A lot of testing methods offer sufficient possibilities to test various mechanisms of wear in variety of laboratory conditions. Additionally in the end of the thesis there is an experimental wear measurement of specimen on tribometer using the "Pin on disc" method. Both size and type of the wear are evaluated by profilometer.
Selected diagnostic procedures during the annual macrocycle of the floorball season which are used to demonstrate a specific asymmetry in floorbal players
Jelínek, Marian ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title of the thesis: Selected diagnostic procedures during the annual macrocycle of the floorball season which are used to demonstrate a specific asymmetry in floorball players Aims of the thesis: The aim of this work is to identify and analyze the specific time period during the floorball season, which is characteristic with the biggest muscle asymmetry caused due to a specific exercise load that floorball demands. Methods: The research was conducted among elite floorball teams of the top men's floorball competition in the Czech Republic and the tested research group included only male professional athletes. The probands (n = 18 input measurements, n = 10 output measurements) took a total of four complex measurements. Testing was held once before the pre-conditioning period, once during the main course and twice before the playoff. Missing data was supplemented and approximated by the method of multiple imputations in Mplus software. Selected body composition parameters were evaluated, tested and measured on various measuring instruments and machines such as Tanita MC-980MA. The footscan® systems were used to measure postural stability. The explosive force was measured using Kistler force plates and the Cybex Humac Norm isokinetic dynamometer was used to determine the muscle strength of the lower...
Determining the most common functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system of primary school children, particularly in 3th 1st and 4th grade at elementary schools in Strakonice
KŘÍŽOVÁ, Lenka
This thesis addresses problems of occurance of most frequent function disorders in children of younger school age. The research was carried out in total of twenty four classrooms at elementary schools in Strakonice, and total of 402 children took part in it.The goal was to conduct quality literature search based on the study of expert Czech as well as foreign literature. It was followed by getting a consent of school principals, class teachers and parents to carry out research which would use standardized tests for examintaion of posture. A part of parents' consent was also a questionnare in which the parents provided height, weight and sport activity of their children. Collected data were entered into tables and evaluated in charts. Overall results showed different values of posture classification. According to Jaroš and Lomíček's method 20% of children had perfect posture, 73% good posture and 7% poor posture. Matthias' test showed 63% good posture and 37% poor posture. Evaluation of lower limbs came up with surprising discovery. Flat feet, varus or valgus were detected in 50 % of the research group. The research has confirmed importance of everyday physical activity and therapeutic exercise in fight against function disorders.

Inherited diseases in cattle
ALFERYOVÁ, Patricie
The bachelor thesis is worked out in the form of the research on the theme ,,Inherted diseases in cattle". The aim of this work is to highlight the known information about the selected genetically caused disease in cattle, their issues and incidence in the Czech Republic but also in other countries. First, there is described the origin of cattle, his domestication, breeds cattle and the situation in the Czech Republic. Another part deals with the basic genetic concepts of selected hereditary diseases of cattle and genetic testing methods. At the end of my work I have captured the current situation of inherited diseases in the Czech Republic and important breeding measures to eliminate this disturbances.
Determine the effect of tennis, such unilateral burden on developing posture of children of primary school age
BERANOVÁ, Eliška
The aim of this work is to investigate possible posture and muscle imbalances in children of primary school age who have been regularly engaged in tennis for two years. After to develop a compensation program and include it for 3 months into their training. In conclusion to perform output test and evaluate whether the compensation program was effective. For tennis players, it was assumed hyperlordoticly posture, the hip flexors shortened and weakened abdominal muscles. After completion of compensatory exercises possession slightly improved, shortened muscles were clearly stretched and weakened muscles strengthened.
