Car driver's behavior as a way of valuing human life

Evaluation of human life is question not only for health care system, but it's possible to demonstrate it in everyday situations as car driving. Observing the car driving, it's possible to get know what relationships people have to risk, time preference and how they invest in their health. It is measurable by different methods of evaluation of human life. Besides the individual evaluation of human life, this paper considers road behavior of people on country levels. Regression analysis describes which variables influence number of traffic fatalities. These fatalities are clarified by private investments to health and safety. On the contrary, government spending and politics have not such influence.
