Analysis of a system of remuneration in a copany called ppm factum

The bachelor thesis analyses a remuneration system in a specific company. It consists of both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the system of remuneration, its financial and non-financial forms, methods of work evaluation, the terms motivation and stimulation along with their connection to this topic. The core of the second part is the application of the theoretical knowledge on one specific company. The analyses were carried out by the use of questionnaires. The evaluation is based on a company called ppm factum and focuses on its remuneration system and employee benefits. It was discovered that the current situation was not considered as motivational and fair by its employees. The reasons given include, low monthly salaries compared to the national average and company's inadequate employee benefits. On the bright side, work responsibilities and the quality of colleagues were taken as motivational factors. Based on the outcome of this research, it is recommended that the company spends more time and resources on analyzing how to increase the overall employee satisfaction and later apply the desired changes on their remuneration system.
