Evaluation of Planned Investments in the Selected Company with Regard to the Financial Situation

This thesis aims to assess the effectiveness of planned investments in agricultural cooperatives Dešov. To evaluate the effectiveness of the investment plan the static and dynamic methods are applied. The financial analysis represented by relative indicators is performed in the work. According to the resulting values of these indicators the proposals to improve the weaknesses are identified. Using the methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of the investment recommendations on the implementation and proposed recommendations for the further development of agricultural cooperatives is formulated.

The master‘s thesis is focused on the economic efficiency analysis of business project of construction of harvest lines specific company. The work is used to evaluation of financial health, Porter’s five forces model, PEST and SWOT analysis, planning cash flows from the project and creation of variants for different operating conditions. To assess the suitability of the investment was used static and dynamic methods and risk analysis. The thesis includes recommendations to decision of investment.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of investment efficiency in a small solar power plant, mainly to payback period. The theoretical part introduces to the issue of solar radiation, renewable sources of energy, especially photovoltaics and shows legislation related to solar power plants in the Czech Republic. The practical firstly evaluates investment from the perspective of an investor during investment decision and the values come from the facts known at the time. The second part is focused on the real values of the solar power plant. By the obtained values are these two views compared. The thesis also includes SWOT analysis.

Finanční analýza a posouzení financování investičního záměru společnosti MB - Sving, s.r.o.

Práce je rozdělena na tři základní nosné celky. Prvním je teoretický přístup k finanční analýze a možnostem financování investičního záměru. Jde tedy o výběr vhodného metodického aparátu, který se bude následně aplikovat v praktické části. Důležitým bodem, který by měl patrně více osvětlit všem čtenářům význam finanční analýzy, je popis nejdůležitějších využití a uživatelů finanční analýzy,a dále popis metod finanční analýzy a hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Práce se dále zmiňuje o metodologii posuzování a hodnocení financování investic. Tato část se věnuje popisu různých způsobů financování investice a metodám hodnotících efektivnost investice. Druhou částí je provedení finanční analýzy podniku a zhodnocení jeho finančního zdraví. Od výsledků se pak odvyjí možnosti financování investice. Kombinací teoretického i praktického přístupu k problému je celek třetí ? hodnocení a výběr možnosti financování investičního záměru. Jde o návrh případného řešení financování investičního záměru pomocí metod určených k hodnocení návratnosti investice.
