Comparison of Additional Losses Calculation Methods in Transformer Multilayer Winding
Dohnal, Stanislav ; Světlík, Martin (referee) ; Mrajca, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of magnetic field dissipation and multilayer windings in distribution transformers. The thesis also focuses on the analysis of additional losses, for which it is necessary to mathematically describe the relationship between the dissipative magnetic field and the induced eddy currents. The output of the work is a comparison of methods for calculating additional losses in multilayer windings of transformers with different rated powers, which is done using the finite element method in 2D, the semi-analytical method in 2D and 3D and the analytical method.
Numerical Modeling of Periodical Structures
Nešpor, Dušan ; Bartušek, Karel (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (referee) ; Fiala, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis discusses the dynamic electromagnetic field on periodic structures. The author focuses on three principal types of resonant structures, considering their application possibilities. In general, these types can be individually defined as follows: materials exhibiting a negative refractive index of the incident electromagnetic wave; structures with gradual changes in impedance, characterised by their usability as reflectionless surfaces; and periodic structures able to conveniently shape the magnetic field distribution. Materials of the third group within the above-shown short list facilitate the fabrication of magnetoinductive lenses for nuclear magnetic resonance. The presented analysis of the properties of periodic resonant structures is mainly based on numerical models utilising the finite element method, and this approach is combined with both the derivation of the corresponding analytical relations and an experimental measurement of the non-radiating component of the electromagnetic field. The thesis includes a physical description of the basic elements of periodic resonant structures. Physical properties of the elements were examined in detail via numerical analysis. In the course of the research, the data acquired through this analysis and the related experimental measurement enabled the author to propose a method for optimising the most widely used resonant structures. Moreover, several new versions of resonant elements, structures, and fabrication techniques were also designed. The results obtained from the numerical analyses carried out to examine the central physical properties of the fabricated structure samples were all verified via the designed method for measuring the non-radiating component of the magnetic field.
Hydraulic heating press with nominal force 600 kN
Tyburec, Adam ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis contains a design of a hydraulic heating press. That includes the calculation of the press drive, the design of the hydraulic circuit, the analytical calculation of the hydraulic cylinder and the optimization of the press frame by FEM. Drawing of a press assembly, drawing of a hydraulic cylinder assembly and detailed drawings of selected components are made based on these results. At the end a simplified maintenance plan is created.

Štekbauer, Hynek ; Florian, Aleš (referee) ; Šafář, Petr (advisor)
This work consists of deformation measurement of a road bridge during crossing of excessive load, model formation for calculation and comparison between measured vertical deformation values and theoretical calculations. Designation of critical issues during model formation and result interpretation.
Design of reinforced concrete shell roof
Buřič, Pavel ; Bažant, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to study behaving of thin reinforced concrete shell structure with a huge span which overcomes two hundred meters. The main goal is to find an ideal shape of such structure to ensure only compression without bending tension which allows us to cover huge area with a very thin shell. For solution of internal forces was used the finite elemet method (ANSYS).The blueprints of shape of this shell are the part of this project.
Analysis of the use of Code_Aster in solving the limit state of fatigue strength
Busta, Michal ; Kovář, Jaroslav (referee) ; Vosynek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the use of Code_Aster in the calculations of the limit state of fatigue strength. The first part is the research in fatigue analysis using the solver Code_Aster and in the second part the know-how of Code_Aster usage is used to solve three tasks of the limit state of fatigue strength. Acquired results are compared with analytical solutions and with the student licence of the numerical software Ansys Workbench 19.2. In conclusion, all the results are analysed.

This thesis deals with the structural design of the rope traction elevator load 1600 kg. Calculation of anchor guides for the design and strength check. Frame analysis by finite element method. Frame design changes with regard to reliability design. The work also includes drawing the proposed changes. This thesis was carried out in cooperation with the firm Liftmont CZ s.r.o.
Research study of tumorous total endoprosthesis of knee and hip joint
Věžníková, Tereza ; Florian, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marcián, Petr (advisor)
The presented bachelor’s thesis deals with tumorous total endoprosthesis of knee and hip joint. Tumorous replacement is used in patients with bone losts due to bone tumors and for these patients it means the salvage of their limb and the possibility to live full lives. This work includes the description of the developement, types and currently used replacement after bone tumors. The significiant part of patients with bone tumors are children for whom there are growing endoprosthesis containing the expandable mechanism and thanks to this the length of the limb can be regulated. In the last part of this work the stress-strain analysis of tumorous total hip endoprosthesis is performed using computational modeling.
