The thesis deals with definition of safety, traceability systems, creation of PLC programs for testing device control system and creation of Operator panel software. The thesis is divided into the machine specification and description, OP function description including function keys and the description of the control system with samples of the completed PLC program. The PLC program is written in STL and FBD language in STEP7. The conclusion describes functionality of the device.

It describes their implementation and evaluation, as well the tools needed for their realization and also their advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the thesis is to compare most commonly used testing methods and to describe their application in practical example of static load test of brick pillar.
