Fantomové měření na palubě kosmické lodi s termoluminiscenčními detektory a detektory stop
Jadrníčková, Iva ; Spurný, František ; Shurshakov, V. G.
Space radiation environment is composed of many different particles with very large energy range. These particles can be divided into low-LET component (mostly electrons, high-energy protons and photons) and high LET component (heavier charged particles, neutrons and neutron-like reacting particles). When only passive detectors are considered, low-LET component is mostly measured with thermoluninescent detectors (TLD), for high-LET component spectrometer of linear energy transfer (LET based on track-etch detectors (TED) is used.
Dozimetrie na palubách kosmických lodí a letedel-nové tendence a úspěchy
Spurný, František
Contribution presents new achievements and tendencies concerning the onboard aircraft and spacecraft dosimetry. Some selected results of long-term monitoring onboard an aircraft of the Czech Airlines; Review of individual aircraft crew dosimetry, particularly during 2004-2005 years. Participation at common experimental measurements onboard International Space Station (ISS); Selected results of the last ICCHIBAN intercomparison; Estimation of the neutron component contribution onboard ISS and FOTON capsule.
Vibrations of a gable of a church excited by ringing
Fischer, Ondřej ; Urushadze, Shota
The gable is of triangular shape, not being supported horizontally by the roof or any other stiffening structure. The measurements revealed that the bells excite the vibrations of towers and of the basement of the gable with moderate amplitudes, while the cantilever of the gable wall apmlifies the motion by the resonance - effect.
Basic Study of the Radio Refractive Index Values in CZ and Sensitivity Tests
Fišer, Ondřej
The radio refractive index was computed from the data of radio soundings in Prague and the statistical results are shown.
Teplotní závislost dodatkových molárních objemů v systémech oktan-aromatické uhlovodíky
Linek, Jan ; Morávková, Lenka ; Wagner, Zdeněk
Densities were measured for the liquid benzene and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, and for nine their mixtures at four temperatures between 298.15 K and 328.15 K and at pressures up to 40 MPa. An apparatus for density measurements of liquid and liquid mixtures whose main part is a high-pressure vibrating-tube densimeter working in a static mode was used for the measurement. The density data were fitted to the Tait equation and the isothermal compressibilities were calculated with the aid of this equation. Excess molar volumes were also calculated from the densities and fitted to the Redlich-Kister equation.
