Changes in body composition regarding to maximum strength development
Kaľata, Maroš ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: Changes in body composition regarding to maximum strength development. Objectives: The aim of this work was to create functional strength development of maximum strength of his subsequent application. Methods: We used the work of the body composition measuring apparatus using the BIA 2000 (data input, Frankfurt nad Mohanom, Germany) and used by the software measurement somatotype Antropo 2000.2 Results: The work confirmed the hypothesis about a significant change in the values of total body water, body fat percentage and values of ECM / BCM due adapted physical intervention with the primary objective of developing maximal strength. Keywords: strength training, maximal strength, nutrition, BIA

Title: Changes in body composition in the development of maximum force Objectives: The aim of this work was to create functional strength development of maximum strength of his subsequent application. During interventions were performed measurements of body composition, where we observed change of each selected component due to the application of physical intervention and then evaluated their significance with respect to the target. Furthermore, we monitor changes in maximal strength by setting the repetition maximum in selected exercises. Strength training and impact of maximal strength gain on power and endurance in bench press
Farkaš, Boris ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
STRENGHT TRAINING AND IMPACT OF MAXIMAL STRENGTH GAIN ON POWER AND ENDURANCE IN BENCH PRESS Objectives: The aim of my work is to acquire more information on the questions of strenght training in order to perform the strenght traning routine properly. The main goal is the verification of the theory for the maximal strenght improvement applied on myself and finding the correlation between power and endurance in bench press. The first part deals with the theory of strenght training from the point of view of different authors. In the second part, I evaluate and compare results of my own experiment. Hypotheses: 1. After 7 weeks of the described workout programme there will be a significant gain of maximal strenght in bench press. 2. The progress in the maximal strenght gain will cause positive impact on improving power and endurance. Methods: Searching of knowledge concerning the topic of the work. Information taken from Czech and foreign sources and from internet sites followed by the experiment, it means the method of empiric observation. Key words: Strenght training, maximal strength gain, maximal strength, power, endurance, bench press, training routine
