Variability of hydropedological characteristics of soil type in the catchment of Tetřívčí brook
Kozáková, Jana ; Kliment, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Šefrna, Luděk (referee)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of hydrological properties variability of soils in forest catchment Tetřívčí brook in the source area Blanice based on selected hydropedological characteristics with respect to soil type, vegetation cover and character of slope. The selected hydropedological characteristics are maximum capillary water capacity, full water capacity, soil infiltration capability - infiltration rate and cumulative infiltration and retention potential of soils. In sum of seven soil subtypes found in forest (coniferous, deciduous and mixed) and meadow (cut and non-maintained) and on the different slope (three categories) were studied in the catchment area. This thesis is built on bachelor thesis, which dealt with the variability of hydropedological characteristics in the experimental pair comparison basins of Tetřívčí and Zbytinský brook. In the thesis were used mainly the measured data obtained from repeated field campaigns in pre- selected sites and data from the database of experimental catchments of Zbytiny. In the selected sites were made soil probes, soil samples were taken using Kopecky cylinders and infiltration measured by a single-cylinder infiltrometer. By laboratory determination and calculation, selected hydropedological characteristics were obtained. The results were...
Interakce mezi vybranými fyzikálními a chemickými půdními vlastnostmi v krajinném měřítku: detailní studie lokality Rudice na základě cíleného postižení prostorové heterogenity půdy v krajině
Vichta, Tomáš
In this bachelor thesis are assessed specified interacting physical and chemical soil properties of two main ecosystems (forest ecosystem, permanent grassland ecosystem) and their ecotone. Specifically, the detected soil properties, was determined by active soil reaction, soil reaction potential exchangeable, oxidizable carbon, total nitrogen, maximum capillary water capacity and minimum air capacity. For researches were chosen heterogeneous research area Rudice at TFE Křtiny Ml, the region of the Drahanska highland. In the work was used data obtained from spring 2016 (April), which has been then compared with data from autumn 2016 (October) and subsequently with each other, from physico-chemical point of view. Has been found that between some soil properties there was a change of values in two sampling dates and has been proved some certain correlation relationships between specified soil properties in permanent grassland ecosystem.

Forest soils and climatic parameters: the interrelationship between climatic features and chosen soil properties from the viewpoint of changes of air temperatures and precipitations
Karas, Lukáš
This diploma thesis is dealing with interrelationship between chosen soil properties and air temperature and precipitation. Five study plots, located in Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny, were sampled during vegetation period and subsequently laboratory analysed for actual soil reaction, potential soil reaction, maximal capillary water capacity and minimal air capacity. From those five study plots were chosen four climatically different (the warmest, the coldest, the wettest and the driest) study plots based on climatic data. The goal of this study is a determination of climate impact on selected soil properties.
