Increasing of Effectiveness of Managerial Work in Judiciary

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the actual state of manpower and managerial activity at the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) as the highest judicial authority. Based on the findings from the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the managers of the SAC changes in the management of the SAC are proposed that shall lead to the intended aim, i. e. increase efficiency of managerial work.
Managerial Techniques of Tennis Coaches

The bachelor thesis deals with selected managerial techniques which are used by tennis coaches in their work, specifically in the training process of their trainees. The aim of the work is to precise, which managerial techniques are crucial in the work of tennis coaches and subsequently to specify suggestions of better solution of applying managerial techniques in this area. The basic terms like management, managerial techniques or management skills are defined in the thesis. Further, it deals with each individual technique, mainly related and focused on leadership. The research method is a questionnaire survey and the data from it are evaluated and the extent and method of use of the selected managerial techniques by tennis coaches are assesed. The extent and importance of the use of these techniques is also assesed depending on the age category of the trainees. The thesis contains suggestions for improvement in the scope and methods of coaching in the use of managerial techniques.
Manager Personality and Managerial Techniques

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of manager's personality and managerial techniques. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. Firstly, the basic concepts of management and managers are defined in the theoretical part. Next chapter of the theoretical part presents the manager as an individual and analyzes the typology of his personality based on the MBTI personality test. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the possibilities of managerial development, ie. how can one help to improve the performance of managers in their current positions and how can they be optimally prepared for higher functions, which are associated with greater responsibilities.
Management techniques in the organization

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the specific management techniques used in the selected organization and to propose how these techniques efficiently use and develop. In the theoretical part, there four basic management techniques have been explained, such as planning, organizing, management and control, and the various methods used in these techniques. In the practical part, there at first, organization was described and then its history. Furthermore, the current situation was analyzed through questionnaires and interviews with the director of domestic sales. The results were presented in graphs. The last part contains a discussion and proposals of changes to which I came by the obtained information. By implementing these proposals, it could lead to more efficient use of management techniques and practices in society.
