The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation multifunctional building. It is a five-storey building with a basement. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. The building is divided into three working parts. Prví part is used for housing. It consists of 18 housing units, one of which is designed for wheelchair use. The second part of the building is intended for the public. This area retail sales. Includes store books, toys shop, newsagent and a hairdressing salon. The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units.

The buying preference of customers in large retail facilities (hypermarket, discount store, supermarket, etc.) compared to buying in small retail stores

The dissertation, that is called The buying preference of customers in large retail facilities (hypermarket, discount store, supermarket, etc.) compared to buying in small retail stores is dealing with consumers and customers preferences in retail stores.
The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part is a theoretical part and the second one is practical part. The theoretical part is based on knowledge gained from non-fiction literature and other relevant sources of information. It provides an overview of the retail and its subcomponents as known as retail activity, types of the retail stores, customers and consumers. The practical part clarifies particular customers and consumers preferences of buying in retail stores. Findings about the preferences were gained by a survey that was executed. They are expressed by words and by graphs for better understanding. On the basis of the findings are statistically evaluated hypothesis concerning to purchase behavior of Czech customers and consumers. In the very end of the dissertation are suggested recommendations that should lead retail stores to gain more and more new customers.

This dokument presents an overview of retailing development in Austria and in New Zealand and follow comparison of these countries. Especially development and concentration over the past ten years. The work is focused on retail as a whole and furthermore on some of his sector. For example: retail with groceries, retail sale of clothing and footwear or retail with furniture an other furnishing. Key measured factors are: retail turnover, number of outlets, number of employees etc.
