Aids for speech prevention in pre-school education

The Bachelor thesis examines logopaedic prevention in regular and logopaedic kindergarten grades. In addition, the present thesis is engaged in the use of logopaedic aids in pre-school education and discusses the funding of these aids. The theoretical part provides a brief description of the pre-school age. This part also depicts the most common logopaedic disorders and characterizes regular and logopaedic kindergarten grades. A considerable portion of the theoretical part is concerned with logopaedic prevention in the kindergarten. Last but not least, logopaedic aids and options of funding of these aids are investigated. The practical part of the Bachelor thesis is based on the quantitative method. Two questionnaires were developed for this purpose. One questionnaire was intended for teachers in regular and logopaedic kindergarten schools and the other was submitted to headmistresses, head teachers or coordinators for educating children with special educational needs. The objective of the research was to determine whether the level of logopaedic prevention in logopaedic kindergarten grades is higher than that in regular kindergarten grades. The other objective was to discover whether the funding of logopaedic aids is sufficient.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the logopaedic prevention in the kindergarten and the activities, which help to the correct speech development and the comunicative skills. The theoretical part refers to the speech and speech development. There is also decribed the term: logopaedic prevention in the kindergarten. The thesis looks down to the significant influence of reading books and stories in the pre schooling age regarding the child development and his/her comunicative competences, it presents the literal story and the possibilities of its usage within the logopaedic prevention.The frame list of useful literal resources with child stories is stated at the end of the theoretical part.The education programme helping in the area of logopaedic prevention was created in the practical part of the thesis. It contains five intergrated thematic topics rising from the literal texts.This programme was used and realised in the kindergarten and evaluated consequently according to the evaluation plan.
Prevention of speech and langugage disorders in Horácko region Kindergartens

The bachelorś thesis focuses on method and range of speech disorders prevention in kindergartens of the Horácko region. Theoretical part contains characteristics of the Horácko region, definition of the language disorders prevention and the primary language disorders prevention in a kindergarten. It brings factors supporting the development of childrenś language abilities, education and screening. It defines conditions of language disorders prevention in a kindergarten and describes the tasks of the prophylactic language therapist. Research described in the practical part is based on an inquiry of two groups of professionals, teachers and teachers-language disorders therapist. The obtained data was compared in relation to different types of kindergartens.
