Logistics processes in the chosen company

This bachelor thesis deals with logistics processes in a chosen company, which is a worldwide retailer of sports equipment, footwear and clothing. The theoretical part explains the technical terms of logistics and ten principles of logistics, which are used to draw conclusions. The practical part contains information about the chosen company and the description of specific logistics processes. The aim of the thesis is identification of processes and deficiencies and possible solution proposal.

Logistic processes of Sportisimo Ltd.

The goal of the thesis is to rate the logistic processes, which are in Sportisimo Ltd.. Thesis is divided to three parts, first one is theory, what the logistic processes are. Second part is a description of real processes in the company. In a third part is comparison of two first parts, for what Pernica's ten principles where chosen, the basic rules how to optimalise logistic processes. Conclusion part shows author's point of view, her own proposals how to make the logistic processes better and limit narrow parts in a processes.
