ORGANISATION AND DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC IN DIFFERENT SIZES OF COMPANIES

This diploma work was aimed at an analysis of organization and direction of transport in different sizes of companies. One ot the companies is ČSAD JIHOTRANS, jsc. and the second one is Duropack Bupak Papírna, ltd. A part of this work is also the consideration, if outsourcing, which ČSAD JIHOTRANS, jsc do for Duropack Bupak Papírna, ltd, is more advantage then transport with the own means of transport. In literature overview were descripted logistic, transport, costs of transport and their calculation, advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of transport, international contracts at the transport, electronic toll and outsourcing. In the practical part were descriped the Duropack Bupak company and transport company ČSAD JIHOTRANS, jsc, their history, basic charakteristic of activities and their organization structures. Further was performed an analysis of extend of transport, which ČSAD JIHOTRANS, jsc performed for Duropack Bupak, ltd in 2006. It was also performed the analysis of costs of transport, if Duropack Bupak, ltd perform the transport with the own means.

Production and logistics analysis in the chosen company producing food products

The diploma work deals with the analysis of the logistic chain of the company Friall s.r.o., which is a producer of frozen potato specialities. Based on this analysis I wanted to discover weak points in functionality of the logistic chain and find suitable precautionary measures as well as solutions leading to an improvement of the current situation. The diploma work is focused on the raw material entry and self-production of the products.

Analysis of international distribution channel at chosen brewery

The objective of my thesis was to analyse a foreign distribution system in Budweiser Budvar N.C. brewery. I mainly aimed at mapping out the individual steps that are a part of the distribution system and factors affecting those steps. There is also the analysis of weak points in that system and their solutions.

Urban and suburban transport in Presov

The aim of this thesis is to characterize theory of urban and suburban transport. The practical part will be devoted to the urban public transport system in the city of Prešov. I describe the development of public transport, the current situation, trade unions and transport carriers in the city represented. It will focus on current issues and proposals for improving transport in the city and will be given to the future development of urban and suburban transport in Prešov.

Processing production in firm logistic

The paper describes how logistic influence process in the firm, also there is a comparation with other firms in automobile section. And second part describes a case study of job scheduling in a mechanical-engineering production, the goal is to minimise the overall processing time. The production jobs are processed by machines. This problem is treated as a hybrid five-stage flow-shop. In other words, the job-processing job consists of maximum five tasks, it depends on product, because there is 12 products, each has own production flow. It is a new type of flow-shop in which the first-stage scheduling depends upon the time scheduling of the second stage, and so on. A mathematical model and a heuristic method is formulated, The problem is the NP hardness. The case study is solved with the heuristic method and the solution achieved represents a 10% reduction of the processing time for the given set of jobs.

Logistic way of of developing tourism in russian regions

Chtěla jsem se pokusit zodpovědět otázku - Proč Rusko, země disponující tak velkým turistickým potenciálem, kulturním a historickým dědictvím, přírodními krásami na obrovské rozloze v různých zeměpisných šířkách, nemá dostatečně vyvinutou turistickou infrastrukturu, a proč je málo navštěvovanou turistickou destinací. Ve své práci dokazuji, že logistika hraje v rozvoji regionálního cestovního ruchu důležitou roli. Rovněž jsem se snažila analyzovat budoucnost cestovního ruchu v Rusku a podíl cestovního ruchu na ekonomice Ruska v dlouhodobém horizontu.
