Technology for liquefaction natural gas and its use and distributing
Konopiský, Karel ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (referee) ; Škorpík, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is concerned with technologies of liquefaction of gases, and methods of their subsequent storage and utilization. Firstly, I summarise a history of the technology of liquefying gases and reaching low temperatures. In the following parts, the thesis is focused on means of utilization and distribution of liquefied gases. Special attention is paid to liquid natural gas, which is the most used liquefied gas in practice. A separate part of the thesis is then designated to a method of liquefaction of natural gas.
Technology for liquefaction gases and its use and distributing
Štěpánek, Jindřich ; Kracík, Petr (referee) ; Škorpík, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with technologies for gas liquefaction and storage. The first section summarizes the development of liquefaction technology using expanders and throttling valves, followed by current technology. This is especially a rotary expanders. The storage technology is the above-ground storage of cryogenic tanks. The thesis includes proposals turbine wheels for liquefaction lines and included two proposals liquefaction cycles.
