Subjective and objective dimension of human work: the tension in their realisation in corporate experience thesis / Tomáš Roubal The thesis deals with a situation that is relatively often and by many experienced in the current world of gainful work: the tension / conflict / ethical challenge that a human can experience and feel in his work in situations of long-term imbalance in realisation its objective and subjective side. A working man can oftentimes perceive this situation as a crisis of meaningfulness of the profession he performs and therefore also as an insistent question of his own value. The thesis pursues the topic from the positions of theological ethics and psychology: - presents the problems / conflict through a particular case of a worker in the financial sector, - approaches the generalizable sources, causes, consequences, risks of he problems / conflict, - expresses the concept of theological ethics and its evaluation of human labour as a value basis for further following of the topic, - presents the impulses that accent the possibilities and perspectives of an individual person in their reasoning, decision making and actions in a potential particular situation of the type of conflict in question. St. John Paul II's theology of labor

The aim of this thesis "Theology of Labour of St. John Paul II." is to summarize John Paul II.'s theological view of human labour, its impact on Christian spirituality and evangelization and pastoral efforts of the church. There is also attention paid to influence of his theology on further social magisterial texts. At the end, there is a reflection of impacts of this teaching to everyday economic and political life. The thesis is based on magisterial documents of John Paul II., especially on the encyclical Laborem exercens and his two further social encyclicals, Sollicitudo rei socialis and Centisimus annus. Other inspiring ideas come especially from reflections on St. Joseph and from the theology of body. There is a discussion on relation of human labour to the Mystery of The Holy Trinity, on perichoretical and sharing character of human labour. As a part of discussion on spirituality, there is the work state of life defined as analogy to Christian state of life. Human labour is a key to the social question, it is a tool for our salvation and therefore the mission of the church. Cílem diplomové práce je objasnit systém a principy dotační politiky EU a podrobně rozebrat postupy přípravy a realizace projektů v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů. Práce by měla nastínit možné návody, jak v rozpočtovém období 2000-2006 správně připravit, realizovat a uzavřít úspěšně projekt s tématikou rozvoje lidských zdrojů tak, aby byl schválen k profinancování z evropských strukturálních fondů.
