Component measurement with a FARO device
Grepl, Martin ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This theses deals with the measuring of comparts from the lastest technology FARO. It introduces technology FARO and the most significant products among the measuring arms. Subsequently, all the features of the measured particles, that are necessary to know for the whole process, are mentioned. The whole process of measurement is described step by step in the practical part. The aim of the measurement is to verify the dimensions which are prescribed by the author and geometrical tolerance of the particles via measuring arm. The thesis also consists of a final protocol of the measuring process, created by the program PolyWorks. Finally, the particle is considered to be incompatible, due to the unfullfilness of the maximum prescribed deviations.
SMV-2017-22: Development of a multiaxis interferometric system of coordinate measurement
Holá, Miroslava ; Lazar, Josef ; Hucl, Václav ; Čížek, Martin
The aim of the project of the contractual research was development of a multiaxis interferometric system for coordinate measurement. This system make possible to contactless measurement of displacement in axis x, y with compensation refractive index of air. The emphasis was placed on with high accuracy and repeatability measurement on nanometre level for wavelength 633 nm. Part of the contractual research was development and realization driving system for detection of signals. We used homodyne detection system. The measurement system was tested in laboratory and then was installed in the aim system.
