This bachelor thesis deals with health-technical and gas piping in the restauration. The topic grease trap is the theoretical part where the usage of function, principals, benefits, construction, installation. The computational and project part deals with sewerage, water and gas distribution system in this two floors part-cellar restauration. This bachelor thesis is written according to Czech and European regulations.

The task of the Bachelor's thesis is to develop a design of sanitary and gas installations in a given multifunctional building. The building has no basement and has four floors. In the first floor there is a bistro and a accommodation in the second floor. One dwelling unit is spread over the third and fourth floors. The theoretical part focuses on grease traps. I focus on their main functions, the choice of nominal size, montage and types of traps. The computational part contains all calculations used in the design of sewerage, water and gas pipelines, including their connection to utilities.

The theoretical part of the bachelor these’s topic is pretreatment of wastewater contaminated fat and animal oils (fat traps) and light liquids.

The amount of waste from wastewater treatment process

This Bachelor's Thesis is focused on the amount of waste produced by the sewage treatment plants for the amount up to 2.000 equivalent inhabitants with the gravitational inflow. There are all the types of individual sewage treatment plants of the size up to 2.000 equivalent inhabitants listed in the first section of the theoretical part and the second section of the theoretical part deals with the thorough analysis of all the objects within the sewage treatment plant, their draft specifications and the description of the waste handeling. The practical part of this Bachelor's Thesis deals with the evaluation of the production of waste for the amount up to 2.000 equivalent inhabitants in individual municipalities within the South Moravian region. More specifically it describes the waste of screenings, sand, insoluble substances and sludge on one equivalent inhabitant and its subsequent comparison with the regulation according to ČSN. The evaluation compares all the municipalities among each other and their production of waste is also compared to ČSN.

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of sanitation installation in a multifunctional building in Třinec. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the topic, with emphasis on the draining and cleaning of waste water. The thesis also focuses on possible solutions given specialization. The project solves the sanitation installation of the multifunctional building in the selected variant. It is a multistorey building where are supermarket, shop, pharmacy, cafe, public toilets, fitness center and commercial space.
