Contribution of technical equipments to treatment of blood vessel diseases

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is an introduction to the anatomy and pathology of vascular system and providing an overview of technical equipment used for examination and treatment of blood vessel diseases. Using two type of blood vessel implants it illustrates the process of computation during the phase of creating a concept. In the former case the influence on blood flow and healthy blood vessel behaviour when using bifurcated blood vessel prosthesis is assessed, in the latter case the projecting computation of biflex stent construction is examined.

Title of the bachelor thesis is "Noninvasive methods in the treatment of musculoskeletal system of the horse". It contains the basic information from the field of anatomy and biomechanics of the horse. It describes various treatment methods used in practice. It deals with their possible influence on the horse. Also solves the problems of smuggling and saddle choice, which is often neglected. Shows the effects of the methods and their effects on horses. It includes not only the physical affecting horses, but also influences acting on the psyche of the horses. The whole thesis is focused on selected treatment methods. These methods are considered to be a very important tool of prevention, rehabilitation and also a good way to keep a horse in the best possible condition, health and psychological balance. Prevention is better than a subsequent complicated and expensive treatment. It is therefore necessary for cooperation between vet, a physical therapist and owner of the horse. And then suitably designed combination therapies.
Cooperation of the Family and Special Primary School

Bachelor thesis deals with the cooperation of the family and Special primary school. For my bachelor thesis I choosed a Special primary school in Susice - detached workplace of Diakonie of Evangelical Church Merklin, where I also conducted interviews with parents and the Deputy Director for the practical part of my work.The aim of my thesis was to show the meaning and importance of cooperation between family and Special primary school and show the possibilities of how the school works with the family. The theoretical part contains terms that relate to the Special primary school, family and co-operation. For the practical part, I choosed a qualitative research consisting of semi-structured interviews. In interviews I watched importance of Special primary school in Susice for the families and their children and the importance of cooperation between home and school. The final part of my thesis evaluates my acquired knowledge of the overall work.

The impact of balneology treatment on Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) and drug consumption in young subjects under 35 years of age

The thesis ``The impact of balneology treatment on Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) and drug consumption in young subjects under 35 years of age.{\crqq} The theoretical part deals with balneology treatment and quality of life in general, its assessment, with chronic diseases of musculoskeletal system and their impact on quality of life. The objective of the thesis is stated and hypothes is set in the practical part by means of which the research itself was started. The following chapter ``Methodology{\crqq} describes the research technique and methods used to confirm or disprove given objective and hypothes stated. The next chapter ``Results{\crqq} contains charts and graphs with final values and their verbal description. Information obtained from the research is confronted in the discussion.
Tradicional Chinese medicine and current nursing

Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the oldest curative methods in the world. It is focused particularly on the support of a body to recover balance and harmony that have become impaired. Owing to the growing number of the Chinese and the Vietnamese minorities in the Czech Republic, the medical staff providing healthcare may meet members of these minorities for whom this medicine may be of a large importance both when being ill and when being healthy. The new conception of the Czech nursing is outlined to provide every individual, regardless of the race, with the care which is able to satisfy their bio-psycho-social-religious needs. The nursing staff must possess a basic knowledge of the traditional Chinese medicine so that they are able to satisfy the needs of these patients/clients better. The objective of this diploma work is to ascertain what health problems are treated by members of the Chinese and the Vietnamese minorities through the traditional Chinese medicine, and what curative methods are used most frequently by them. The empirical part was processed in the form of a qualitative research. The data collection technique was a semi-structured interview of selected informants of the Chinese and the Vietnamese nationalities living in the Czech Republic. Based on the interviews of individual minorities, case studies were established and used as the research base for elaboration of categorization tables and charts presenting the most important results of the research. The main results of the research include the ascertained heath problems which are treated by means of the Chinese medicine by members of both minorities, and the ascertainment what curative methods are used most frequently, and whether the members of both minorities wish to make use of the medicine also during hospitalization. Based on the results of the research, the information material was elaborated that may be of use for the nursing staff in healthcare facilities and for other specialized public as a brief summary of methods of the Chinese medicine and of their application by the members of the Chinese and the Vietnamese minorities.
