Kvalita cukrovky při uplatnění intenzifikačních faktorů
Andrýsek, Lukáš
The aim of this bachelor thesis has been to draw up a literature review on The quality of sugar beet after applying intensifying factors. In the practical part, a small-parcel field experiment has been conducted with the aim to examine the effect of extraroot nutrition from a company Klofáč spol. s.r.o. on the quality and the yield of sugar beet. We have tested these foliate fertilisers: Insenol, Carbon Si, Fumag 6NK Ca, Sulfika SB C, Carbon Bor K. For all these fertilisers, a positive effect on the technological quality of sugar beet has been proven. There has been a decrease in the content of harmful alpha amino nitrogen, the values varied up to 20 mg per 100 g of sugar beet, and there has also been a decrease in the content of soluble ash. Maximal values amounted only to 0.34 %. There has been a significant increase in sugar content and ripeness of the sugar beet. The values of MB factor ranged from 11.1 to 14.3. The extra-root nutrition has contributed to a harvest of high quality feedstock for subsequent processing. Indisputably, the good weather conditions and quality basic agrotechnology have also contributed with their part to it.
Influence of nutrition on the production, quality of production and health of high yields dairy cows
Martinková, Lucie ; Hučko, Boris (advisor) ; Kodeš, Alois (referee)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is a summary of findings about an influence of production, production quality and health of high yeldsdairy cows. The work is systematically divided into four blocks. The first one talks about gastrointestinal system of ruminants following by mechanism and physiology of digestion. The cows are grazing, ruminate animals. The rumination makes the cattles unique among of others animals. Because of the fermentation process in the cows stomach it is possible for a cow to change a low quality of nutrition in the provender for high nutrition food like milk and meat. The dairycows gastrointestinal tract can be easily injured by incorrect functions, this can cost big production and health risk. Next part is focused on problems of dairy gland. It describes its lay out, dairy production and dairys structure. Milk and dairy products belong to basic nutrition value. Therefore is a correct production of dairies a key factor for cattle production. Third part of this work is about cattles pasture and their nutrition. Firstly is this part about influence and proportion of nutrients in their feeding ration for health of cattle. It also talks about quantity and quality of production. The thesis analyses energy and nitrogen matters which are necessary for dairycows and an important set up of nutrient in pasture. The conclusion of this thesis is the most important part. There is a list of negative aspects. Those are developed by causing an incorrect nutrition of high valued dairycows. Mostly we talk about a health condition, quantity and structure of milk. It also describes breakdowns for generation of dairy elements. The main part takes attention of productive diseases like alkalosis, acidosis and ketosis. Because of this, we are able to prevent any diseases, which cost big production and economics loss.
Vliv přípravku Terra-Sorb na výnos a kvalitu polních plodin
Doležal, Jiří
The Diploma Thesis is focused on the effect of the preparation Terra-Sorb which contains free amino acids, on the yield and the quality of choosen field crops. The main attention is pursued especially on the use of nitrogen and aminoacids in the plant nutrition. It's analyzed mainly in the literature review which is also focused on the intake of the nutrient and foliar nutriet of the field crops. The practical part is focused mainly on the verification of the effect of the stimulator Terra-Sorb. It's effect was verified during annual and perennial small plot trials on the location in Velká Bystřice. There were verified the different applications of the stimulator Terra-Sorb in the winter wheat, sugar beet and spring barley. There were evaluated yield and quality of each crops.
Kořenový systém ve vazbě na produkci a zdraví rostlin
Minaříková, Ladislava
The root system size of the spring barely was measured in a field and pot experiment in 2013. The measuring was conducted within three vegetative stages (elongation, heading and grain filling). The root system size was measured by its electric capacity in the field experiment. Four varieties were tested using soil-core and digital image analysis method in a pot experiment. Each variety was subjected to four various water conditions. The variety Bojos reached the greatest root system size in the pot experiment. The variety Kangoo reached the greatest root system size in the field experiment in both locations. Zhana variety reached the smallest root system size in Hrubčice location and Vendela variety reached the smallest root system size in Želešice location. These varieties reached only 55 and 58% of the Kangoo root system size. Bigger root systems help to produce stronger stems and foliage that better withstand enviromental stress and lead to improved yield consistency
