CNC technology assembling of a part in condition of a small engineering company
Černý, Radek ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Analysis of the production of the top part of the forging die. Theory of CNC cutting and milling. Introduction of the engineering and software equipment of the company. Description of the CNC milling machine TRIMILL SPEED 1110 and it´s equipment. Introduction of programming in SolidCAM, assembling of the production process and selection of suitable tools for cutting given part.
Use of the CAM software PowerMILL 2018 for machining of a mold
Drbal, Jindřich ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The subject of submitted diploma thesis is complete structure of procedures necessary for the designing and subsequent production of forging dies for production of semi-finished connecting rods. The initial part deals with the design of forging die. Following part is consisted of materials used for production of this type of tools. Ensuing is proposal of tooling for machining of the die following with simulation of the milling processes.
Assessment of suitability welding modes MIG PULSE and MIG DOUBLE PULSE for repairing of forging die
Sotolář, Vojtěch ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Izák, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the renovation of forging dies by pulse methods, specifically MIG pulse and MIG double pulse. The subject of this research was a part of forging die made of steel Wr.Nr 1.2343ESU (H11), however the problem was simplified to the welding of four prisms with the same type of material. The main goal was to evaluate whether these methods can be utilized to speed up the entire renovation process as the welding speed is its undeniable advantage. There were used two types of welding materials to assess the suitability of the renovation. For the tough weld was used the martensitic material CRONITEX RC 58 and for the interlayer was used austenitic-feritic material WELCO A1660. The assessment was conducted based on the non-destructive visual test and also based on destructive tests of macrostructure, microstructure and hardness measurement. The experiment results showed that configuration of tough material with interlayer is inappropriate. The most suitable process seems to be the welding of only tough layer without any interlayer.
