Family house with premise - reconstruction

This Bachelor thesis deals with the structural adjustment of a family house in Slavkov u Brna, Husova street 6. The building now contains two residential units, a residence of a company and store selling motorist goods. The main aim is to design an attic expansion, connected with a new roof construction and reinforcement of a ceiling construction. Thank to the new layout design, the object becomes a residential house, as it will contain five residential units, along with an office space and a bycycle store. The theoretical part deals with rehabilitation of humid masonry, construction and engineering research and procedures for pulling holes in the wall and reinforcement of the ceiling. This section is practically applied in the project documentation.

Implementation of Roof of Apartment Building in Vysočina Region

The subject of bachelor thesis is a realization of roofing of an apartment building in city of Humpolec. Technological processes relating to realization of truss, roofing work, tinsmithing work and completion work in the form of isolation of roof and ceiling structures, are being adressed. Construction of truss is specific because of various roof inclinations including two dormers and several roof windows. The content of this thesis is technical report, adressing of problematics of material transportation, technological regulations on performer works, technological report of construction site equipment, design of machinge assemblies, inspection plans, test plans, safety solutions, time schedule, itemized budget and also construction execution diagram and construction site equipment diagram.

This thesis describes the design implementation loft above the selected object. The work consists of text and drawings. The text of the first development of construction and technical survey of the current structure and truss ceiling. Furthermore, in the attic stairs and drafted alternative proposals tracks curtain wall, partition wall, ceiling and floor structures. For All proposed structures is then given a list of works with bill of quantities. In the second part of the thesis is prepared drawings of existing and newly designed truss structure under which it is possible to realize the attic.
