The main of the master’s thesis is to determine current opportunities of investment life insurance in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts of life insurance and investment life insurance are specified. In the practical part, the statistical analysis of insurance market development in the Czech Republic is presented. The work further provides the comparison of investment life insurance products of selected insurance institutions. The comparison is made on the basis of selected parameters and model examples. Conclusions and recommendations of this study could help to everybody participated in pension system and with a focus on modern form of life insurance.

The Comparison of Personal Income Taxes in the Czech Republic and Germany

The goal of the submitted thesis „A comparison of personal income taxes in the Czech Republic and Germany“ is to analyse the system of personal incomes taxes in the Czech Republic and compare it with the German system. The first part of the thesis is focused on tax terminology. The second and third part is related to tax systems of the selected countries. The last part is dedicated to a comparison of the tax burden for model situlations and contains some suggestions for the tax system in the Czech Republic.

The comparison of ethical codes of public administration civil servant in the Czech Republic and Austria

The thesis is concentrated on comparison of ethical codes of public administration civil servants in the Czech Republic and Austria. First of all, the choice of this two states is based on common history and development of public administration. Aspect of intercul-tural differences is not omitted. The thesis aims on description of both ethical codes along with ethical code of European Union, which are both codes based on. Thereafter the comparison of all three codes is performed on the base of previous description and results obtained by survey. Survey was made in Czech Republic and Austria. The civil servants and employees of municipalities with extended competence and the civil serv-ants on equal level of districts, so-called Bezirk, in Austria are respondents of the sur-vey.

Comparative analysis of the Czech and Italian Constitution and analysis of the relevant Italian legal terminology

The main goal of my Bachelor's thesis is to compare the constitutions and constitutional systems of two different members of the European Union, the Czech Republic and Italy. The primary focus of the thesis is on the legislatures; however, it also includes comparisons of the executive and the judiciary, since they are connected. This thesis is divided into chapters and subchapters. In the first part, the constitution in general, with focus on its function and types, is introduced. In addition, the thesis deals with the constitutional systems of both countries. The second part is devoted to the legislature and its components. Then the comparative analysis follows the two previous parts of this thesis. The conclusion consists of the analysis of corresponding juridical terminology and a bilingual glossary. An additional component of my Bachelor's thesis is the résumé, which is written in Italian.

Socio-economic aspects of life in protected areas - Šumava Case

The main objective of this work was to compare selected socioeconomic aspects of life in two communities in Sumava, when one lies within the National park and one lies within Protected landscape area. The theoretical section provides findings from the literature on national park and protected landscape area. The practical part was comparison objective data of selected residents and survey focused on residents view the presence of communities in the protected area.

The Civil Divorce and Ecclesiastical Nullity of Marriage

Content of graduation theses is focused on civil divorce and church nullity of marriage. Graduation theses are divided in three Themes, secular law, canon law and comparison. First part is aimed at civil law which regulates divorce. Second part is focused on canon law. It conducts a study of church nullity of marriage in consequence of marriage agreement failure, canon form or impedimenta presence. Third part compares ways of marriage termination in Czech secular law and ways of marriage cessation in catholic canon law. It tries to find their equivalent components, their dissimilarities and relationship. The canon law is a base of comparison. Secular law is based upon the tenet of marriage dissolvability. Canon law is based upon the tenet of marriage indissolubleness. Marriage divorce in the civil law is ineffective in the canon law respectively church nullity of marriage is ineffective in the secular law of the Czech Republic.
