Thesis deals with the production system of theatres in London and West End in particular. As an introduction it describes specific aspects of London as a capital city and cultural metropolis, furthermore it explains historical concept of theatres in a capital city and focusing more detailed West End’s past and present. In particular concept it deals with Arts Council England principles, financing system in the past and current situation from the general point of view as well as concrete. Moreover it brings up a topic of rights acquisition, copyrights and licensing.

This diploma thesis is focused on the collision between the profit and non-profit sector and their organizational culture using the example of the unique programme known as "World of Difference" managed by the Vodafone Foundation. The main idea of this programme is to enable people to take time out and to be paid to work for a nonprofit organization of their choice, bringing their their own skills and experience. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and describe the collision between the profit and non-profit sector and their organizational culure during the year of their cooperation. This thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part presents the topic of organizational culture as the context including context of social and psychological relationships and phenomenona. There is also summarized the basic characteristics of the non-profit sector and for-profit sector and the various possibilities of their cooperation. It is also discusses the issue of diverzity in the workforce of organizations. The diploma thesis "Anti-corruption activism of the commercial sector from the point of view of political opportunity structure theory" Abstract The diploma thesis "Anti-corruption activism of the commercial sector from the point of view of political opportunity structure theory" was devoted to the structure of political opportunities in 1998 to 2012 in relation to manifestations of corruption in the Czech Republic and the role of the commercial sector in terms of anti-corruption involvement. This thesis aimed to find out what is the structure of the opportunities, that participants of the commercial sector can be use in order to influence anti-corruption public politics. Two periods were found from the period of time which the thesis focuses on, during which more fundamental manifestations of the commercial sector occurred. The first period was linked to accession of the Czech Republic to the EU, when presentation of the commercial sector most frequently took place via special-interest associations and tools of Commercial ethics and the concept of CSR supported by activities of the European Union. Biometric systems in businesses and homes

In my bachelor thesis I focused on biometrics and biometric systems, which are suitable for use in businesses and homes. The main aims of this thesis are to show what choices enterprises have in various sectors and to verify whether deployment of biometric systems in a particular company will increase productivity and profits. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with biometrics and biometric systems. It mentions the history of biometrics, opportunities offered by the today's market with the systems to the companies in various sectors and factors that influence the implementation of the device. The second part of the thesis deals with particular implementation of biometric attendance system in particular company. The basic hypothesis of the second part is to verify whether the deployment of biometric attendance system will be profitable or not.
