The calculation part and the project contain a proposal for a separate sewerage, water supply, gas pipeline and and several other variant solutions.

This Diploma Thesis presents a project focused on the installation of utilities consisting of fresh and hot water distribution, gas plumbing, and waste or sewage piping within the building along with their connection to a public network. The building is located in the village of Ratmerice and is intended as a hotel with a restaurant. In addition, the document presents different options for hot water preparation and distribution, along with an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the different systems available. A comparative analysis based on various criteria is carried out to determine the optimal solution for the specific characteristics of the building, its intended use, and the availability of public servi-ces in the given location.

The Sanitary Instalation in the Administrative Building

The master thesis focused on the optimal design of sanitary and technical installations in a 12-story administrative building with a basement. Each floor of this building features identically positioned sanitary facilities and a communication core, including stairs, utility shafts, elevators, a janitorial room, and office space covering an area of 260 m2. The ground floor houses a café, and the technical facilities of the building are located in the basement. The theoretical part discusses hot water preparation, including alternative solutions and water pressure enhancement in the internal plumbing system. The computational section addresses water and sewage distribution.

The Sanitary Instalation in The School for Children with Reduced Mobility

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of sanitary installations in the school building and their connection to utilities. The school facility is intended for physically and mentally handicapped children. The theoretical part describes in more detail the solution of a barrier-free environment, especially hygienic rooms, and sanitary facilities. The practical part of the work deals with the most suitable design of drinking water supply, gas supply, disposal of sewage and rainwater including their management.

Rehabilitation of sewer networks and sewer connections

This bachelor thesis is about approaching the possibility of rehabilitation of the sewer network and sewer connections. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes the basic division of the most used methods for rehabilitation, repair and renovation of sewer network. In the second part, the acquired knowledge is applied to the rehabilitation of a part of the sewer network in Znojmo, Rumunská - Slovenská street. Two methods of rehabilitation (CIPP lining, open excavation) were selected for the site. An economic comparison was made for these methods.

Sewage connections to the sewer network

The Bachelor thesis comprehensively focuses on the issue of sewerage connection. The first part deals with technical sewerage connections approaches according to the applicable standards and laws. Secondary the thesis describes a procedure of furnishing sewerage connections. The following part emphasizes the steps which has do be done by a builder to get a permission from the construction authority and the operator to approved the connection. The last part compares selected city standards that clearly define the rules for a construction and an operation of the sewer system in the area.
