Network Infrastructure Design for Family House

This thesis deals with the network infrastructure design for family house. The default aspects for the design of network infrastructure are house plans and requirements of the client. The work presents the theoretical knowledge necessary for further analysis of client requirements and design optimal solution. Part of the work are cabling plans, location of active elements and cost calculations to build the network infrastructure.

The bachelor's thesis deals with a proposal for the expansion and modernization of a computer network in the high school building. The analytical part of the work describes the current state of the computer network, the building itself and the requirements of the investor. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the information needed to develop the design itself. The design section describes my own project elaboration. The last part of this work is the economic evaluation of the proposal.

The work describes technical solutions of cabling system based on theoretical information mentioned in the thesis. The thesis also includes technical documentation and calculation of material costs.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of the network infrastructure in the newly planned building for the software company ARTIN, spol. s r.o. The thesis is based on the investor’s requirements and the provided architectural and urban studies. The first part deals with the company's presentation, the new headquarters and the new building with the investor's requirements included. The next part defines theoretical starting points of the thesis. The last part includes the final network infrastructure design itself. The thesis includes an analysis of the costs of the proposed solution and technical documentation.
