Comparison of foundation and creation of a limited liability company and a joint stock company

The first part of this thesis describes in general the limited liability company, the advantages and disadvantages it provides to its partners and it is explained why this company form is continuously the most popular business entity type. The second part of this paper introduces the joint stock company, basic terms used in joint stock company law and the advantages and disadvantages this company type provides to its shareholders. Crux of this thesis is in the third part, that describes the process of foundation of both company types and their subsequent enrolment in the companies register. Emphasis is placed on the differences between both company types that the partners and shareholders have to deal with, especially in regard to the content of the Memorandums of Associations of both companies.

Accounting in a company with of animal husbandry

In my bachelors work I write about accounting of company with animal husbandry. I work in a joint stock company. The company is produced meat and meat products and to compensation of market swing in demand of abattoirs animals, the company harbours cattle. The company makes contracts with some farmers. The farmers keep animals for Maso Planá, a. s. and monthly charge a price for this. The company need current prices of cattle in every moment and therefore the company need software for file dates of cattle. The software must value cattle for accounting according to law and give information for decision of sale of cattle. I summarize demand of applicable software in the Czech market and propose a one of them.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the explanation of the equity of the joint stock company and the private limited company in accordance with the business and accounting legal enactments. The most extensive part of the thesis is concerned with the capital stock and ways of its increase and decrease. There are also described the capital funds, the profit funds and the income from operations. The statement of changes in equity is mentioned in the concluding part of this thesis.

Dissertation describes managemenet and organisation of football club depending on organization size. It analyzes individual aspects of management and organisation of sports organizations concerning football clubs. For example, evaluation of level of management and organisation of sports organization, current approaches to management of organisation and football clubs financing. Dissertation practise shows pieces of knowledge of management and organisation of football clubs and recognizes specifics of organisation in football clubs of different size. Large and small clubs are represented by FC Vysocina Jihlava, Slavoj TKZ Polna a and TJ Jiskra Dobronin.
The Foundation and Origin of the Joint-stock Company

The bachelor's work deals with the foundation and origin of the joint stock company. In the introduction there are stated the necessities of the founding document and the two methods of the foundation of the joint stock company - the foundation with the public offer of shares and foundation without the public offer of shares. In the next chapter the process of submission of the proposal for registration of the joint stock company to the Commercial Register and the origin of the joint stock company are described. The example of the foundation of existing joint stock company is mentioned at the end of the work.

Financial analysis of Aries Data, a.s.

The goal of this work was to carry out a financial analysis of Data Aries, a.s. in years from 2003 to 2007. The work includes two parts: methodological and practical. The first part introduces the reader to the problems of financial analysis, there are explained basic terms, given the formula and method. In the practical part is firstly briefly introduced the company, in the second part is the gained knowledge applied. The outcome of the analysis is further evaluated and interpreted. At the end are the results from the analysis summarized.
Shareholder's equity in joint stock company

This thesis is focused on shareholder's equity of joint stock company in accordance with the relevant valid legislation. At first it shortly deals with the key features of joint stock company, its establishment and its later formation. Emphasis is placed particularly on the analysis of individual components of shareholder's equity in compliance with the balance sheet items, the mutual relations between them and on ways of reducing and raising authorized capital. The last part presents connection between the issue of deferred tax and joint stock company equity. Direct effect of deferred tax on equity is explained in terms of the first recognition of deferred tax following the introduction of Czech Accounting Standard for Businesses No. 003 and non-monetary contributions to the joint stock company.
