The task given for this bachelor thesis is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, designed for a family of four is located in the city area of Brno – Bosonohy, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground stories of this disposition: - basement (1S) technical and storage rooms - ground floor (1NP) main entrance with vestibule, garage and living room with an access to terrace - first floor (2NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents and children Construction system of the house – walls (consisting in basement of permanent shuttering and on ground floors of ceramic blocks) insulated with ETICS system. Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic system. Roofing is realised by a flat roof assembly of two types – walkable (terrace above ground floor) and non-walkable (main above first floor).

This bachelor thesis deals with a design of a new building of a duplex house. The house is of rectangular shape, cellarless, and with a warm flat roof. Regarding the design and procedure, the building is divided into living and business area. The living area is projected as a one-generation house for five family members. The business area serves as a lawyer’s office and a waiting room intended for the house owners’ clients.

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house” is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, disegned for a family of five (2 parents and 3 children) is located in the village Křenovice, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground strories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, bathroom, study room, kitchen, living room with an acces to terrace, self-standing garage - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents witch bathroom, children rooms, batrhroom, and cloakroom Load-bearing wall construction will consist from sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix in composition with a ventilated space. Non-bearing constructions will be made sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix. Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic systém. The roofing is done using shed roof with a slope 22° and green roof.
Atrial House in Modern Development

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an atrium building in modern buildings in the village Spojil street on the Okružní 116/1. A typical char will be the atrium, which will be adjacent residential areas, while in the peripheral walls of the minimum window for privacy for their residents. The building is without a basement, with single-storey flat roof. The base structure is designed from the blocks and shuttering Best of strip footings of plain concrete. The outer and inner walls of the bricks POROTHERM Profi DRYFIX. The house is designed as a single-member family for 4-5 personers. Project drawings were created in ArchiCAD 15 student version and visualization program Sketchup 7.

Abstract The project addresses the new build detached family house intended for single-family housing consisting of four persons. Situated on almost flat land, accessible from a local service road. The building has two floors. The building is covered with vegetation roofs and over parts of the first floor. The roof above the second floor is flat with the classical order of layers. The house is founded on footings of plain concrete. The grid system is building system Porotherm. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, pantry, dining room, toilet, bathroom, bedroom, study, utility room. The second floor has sanitary facilities and rooms for housing, walkable green roof.

Object consists of one underground and two aboveground stories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical, hobby and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, toilet, garage and living room with an access to terrace - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents with cloakroom and bathroom, children rooms, bathroom with toilet Construction system of the house – walls (consisting in basement of permanent shuttering and on ground floors of ceramic blocks). Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic system and under the garage is a prefabricated concrete panels. The roofing is done using pitched roofs – construction with a slope 35°.
