Development of information technology and the development of web applications brings new opportunities for disseminating or obtaining the necessary information on the market. It is important that the data itself on the market and various financial instruments are appropriately transformed into information, i.e. graphs, tables, simulation output, so that clear. Registrar of investment instruments in the European and comparative perspective Abstract The submitted thesis deals with the regulation of a registrar of investment instruments in the context of the relevant Czech and European Union laws. The aim of this dissertation is to provide a theoretical insight into the issues of regulation of investment instruments within the statutory and case law, taking into account current issues that are relevant from the practical point of view. This thesis also adequately addresses the prospects of a legislative development of activities on the European Union level and it reflects some practical trends in the financial markets sector. The first two chapters deal with general and theoretical issues that are closely related to the main topic of the thesis. They specifically focus on a definition of investment instruments and its registrar in the current jurisprudence and economic science, and also include a detailed explanation of the significance of these two subjects. The second chapter also adequately addresses the legal aspects of investment instruments, immobilized securities and book-entry securities in line with the relevant Czech laws. The acts of delinquency against the obligatory rules of the market economy and the circulation of goods in touch with foreign countries

The bachelor thesis deals with exact intepretation of states of facts of selected economic acts of delinquency. The first chapter provides general intepretation of basic economic terms namely economic criminality, taxation and accounting. The second part describes the states of facts of economic acts of delinquency which follow - up to the chapter three, which concerns itself of criminal liability. In the last chapter, there is specific interpretation of two economic criminal acts including comparison with selected states of facts.
History of mathematical modelling on financial markets

The main goal of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the evolution of some of the well-known mathematical models used in the valuation of investment instruments. The first chapter deals with some of the basic terms used in the following text. The next chapters introduce mathematical models, which are used to valuate stocks, bonds and derivatives. Each chapter contains also a brief description of the instrument itself and in some cases the methods used to evaluate the instruments before the introduction of models. The thesis contains a chapter on concept of portfolio due to its importance in the development of mathematical modelling in this field.
The czech mortgage bonds in the economic crisis

The main task of this bachelor thesis is introducing of mortgage bonds as an interesting investigating instrument, which is good for big and small investors as well. It describes conditions and duties of banks at emission, evidence of cover and at next appurtenances which are connected with activities in mortgage bonds market. It introduces individual issuers in the czech market and possibilities how to get their mortgage bonds. At the end it tries to analyse the influence of the economic crisis and the tax reform in 2008, by comparing of rate of return on individual mortgage bonds.

Diploma thesis focuses on the description of the financial market and its importance in the economy and examines the various approaches and methods of analysis of investment instruments and the nature of investing at all. The main part is devoted to tools of the technical analysis of shares and financial derivatives and their practical use in deciding on investment in financial markets. The most important part of this work is the follow-up evaluation of the effectiveness of investments.

The work describes basic analysis of the portfolio, which is based on real datas. Cases are solved as linear in optimalization programs. For each investment instrument are 3 major factors - risk, liquidity and yield. Output is presented in MS Excel file.
