Indikátory pro hodnocení a modelování interakcí mezi životním prostředím‚ ekonomikou a sociálními souvislostmi

Projekt je rozdělen na dva segmenty: 1. Lokální úroveň sledování příčin změn v kvalitě životního prostředí, stavu ŽP a důsledků pro ekonomiku a společnost včetně zpětných vazeb. 2. Makro-ekonomické souvislosti ochrany životního prostředí v průběhu transformace české ekonomiky. Využití výsledků povede ke zlepšení kvality rozhodovacích procesů jak na lokální úrovni tak na makroúrovni. Výstupy by měly sloužit institucím státní správy odpovědným za ochranu životního prostředí a za tvorbu národní hospodářské politiky. Byly vytvořeny obecně použitelné metodické nástroje - indikátory a doporučení. Byla zkoumána oblast zaměřená na analýzu vztahů mezi ochranou životního prostředí a hospodářským růstem. Cílem bylo předložit určité postupy ke korekci HDP z environmentálního hlediska. Proběhla analýza dopadu environmentální politiky na zaměstnanost v ČR a vyhodnocení vlivu environmentální politiky a jejích nástrojů na celkovou hladinu cen v ČR.

The Business Plan

The aim of this thesis is firstly to present the business plan in general terms, with a particular focus on the definition, the reasons for its formulation, the form and structure of this document. The criteria of the investment decision-making are also included in this theoretical part, containing static as well as dynamic methods of the investment evaluation. Afterwards, the practical part is introduced, comprising a specific business plan formulation. This business plan deals with the project of the construction of a small commercial filling station, which will most likely be carried out by Proton, s.r.o. company based in Protivín in due course. The practical part will also be provided to the management of Proton company and serve as a source of information and analysis, which after extensions and corrections will be used for the formulation of the company's own real business plan.

Renewable energy sources and their exploitation for prosperity of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)

The aim of the thesis was to examine the basic technical and technological requirements of photovoltaic technology in terms of economic characteristics, analyze the current situation in the use of renewable energy sources, especially photovoltaics in the Czech Republic with comparing to the world's situation. The thesis also provides an overview of laws and legal norms applicable in the Czech Republic and the European Union with regard to photovoltaics. The crucial part is dedicated to investment evaluation of the renewable energy (photovoltaic) projects. The author supports presented ideas with a comprehensive investment analysis of a specific rooftop photovoltaic project realized by medium sized company. In addition to evaluation process the investment recommendation is provided and the most significant risk factors of the project are identified. The conclusion of this thesis includes a single-factor sensitivity analysis of a net present value of the project.

Financial Evaluation of Investment in Public Railway Transportation

This thesis analysis the current situation on the Czech railways a consequently financially evaluates patterned investment of private sector in this field. It is composed of the Theoretical and Applied part. In the Theoretical part we summarize the contemporary methodological appliance used for investment evaluations. It is an overview of main approaches to the evaluation and the methods of particular variables quantification. The Applied part describes the current situation in the Czech railway public transportation, identifies its key properties and shows general perspective of possible investments. Then using the theoretical caucus we evaluate a fictive business intention in this field.

Economic evaluation of an investment project

This bachelor thesis deals with an investment aktivity of a company. In the theoretical part there are these methods listed and characterized. There are also described periods of a life of an investment project, variables which enter the evaluation of the project of this kind. The thesis partly involves also risk factor which is connected with investment activities of a company. In the practical part is evaluated one particular investment project of a firm Doppler CZ. The thesis uses for this purpose these methods: net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index, payback period and average anual profitability. The aim of the thesis is to recomand realizing the project or rejecting it.

Evaluation of investment project

This thesis deals with the real investment project. The aim was to determine the value of this project and its subsequent recommendation or rejection. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the concepts and methodologies, with which it is possible to encounter in evaluating projects. A separate chapter is devoted to real options. First set of financial options and they are established with the problems of valuation of the rights related to tangible assets. The practical part is devoted to determining the parameters needed to evaluate the traditional conventional methods. Sensitivity of the calculated NPV is tested using Monte Carlo methods. Subsequently, the methodology is applied to real options and is valued flexibility resulting from the project. The performed calculations show that the methodology of real options is an effective complement to traditional evaluation methods, which allows operators to make decisions, quality assessment of options.

Selected aspects of Real Estate funds management

This thesis is dealing with analyze and description of some aspects of Real Estate funds management. The theoretical part starts with the history and essence of collective investment. A special form of collective investment fund is Real Estate fund. The main features of these investment vehicles in the world and in Czech Republic will be examined. The main aim of this thesis is to suggest an ideal process and choose convenient methods how to evaluate an investment in realty. In the second chapter will be accomplished the analysis of external factors influencing Real Estate business. The third chapter suggests some methods for evaluating investment and risk analysis.
