The topic of the diploma thesis Project Financing from EU Funds is the characteristics of the issue of raising funds for local projects funded from the European Union. The thesis defines the basics of project management and methods used for evaluating the efficiency of investments. Its aim is to propose a realistic project, which is applicable to use the resources from the funds of the European Union for its co-financing.

This thesis suggests a business plan for further progress of an existing company. It is looking at opportunities in already operating branch. It is trying to suggest a project which would lead to better profitability, expanditure and stabilizing of current market share and also strengthen the company name. The thesis is based on preconditions of the company which is experienced in its branch and for a long time has been defending its position on the market. The aim of my thesis therefore is, on the base of an analysis, to propose such a project, where previous results and expreiences are going to be used, to make competitiveness and further progress of the company better.

Increasing production effectiveness of wooden mounting part

This bachelor thesis describes the current production of semi-finished wood in a company TON a.s. These semi products are subsequently designed for assembly, painting, packaging and distribution. Bachelor thesis closer specializes in the production of slotting the mounting rail to the wooden part of the machine Zuckerman, then assembling and gluing to the assembly, which consists of two pieces of wood. These reports serve as sub-assemblies for assembly chair. Identification of deficiencies in the production of cutting grooves in wood parts and their assembly is the main task of work. Based on the knowledge base was developed techno-economic evaluation.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is solving increase space in the com-pany of elektro Dobias, who sells wiring material. It is proposed to construct a new storage solution. The implementation of proposal are described in the section five. Economic evaluation of investments are solved in the section six.

Construction Project Organization

The object of this thesis is construction project organization. The teoretical part of this thesis is conducted to explain basic concepts of project management. The practical part deals with project management of a construction which is financed from public sources. It concentrates on individual steps to finish the project successfuly. The issue is showed on a real project, where the municipality is an investor. It solves a two-stage reconstruction of a basic school to a care home.

Analysis of the family budget during the whole life time

The aim of this work is to analyze incomes and expenses of individual person and families during their life, to find appropriate opportunities for savings and investment for certain situations in life, to calculate the efficiency of investment to education, to calculate funding their own flat or house compared to living in a rented flat or house, to calculate the costs of a child, to find out when it is appropriate to insure themselves, to plan the financing for seniors. Historically averages and interest rates of mortgages, the growth of emerging markets, the average of inflation rate are used for every calculation. In conclusion, there is given a complete perspective of total income and expenses.
