Specification of leadership and management co-workers in construction company

This bachelor thesis deals with leadership and management of co-workers, interpersonal communication and relationships among workers in a construction company. These topics are examined in detail in the theoretical part, followed by the empirical part. In this section there are hypotheses that have been investigated and verified through a quantitative survey using questionnaires and structured interviews. The last part focuses on the conclusions and recommendations of the hypotheses.

The aim of this work is to map the area of mobbing and bossing to find out how in recent years these concepts have become known, not only to managers but also to employees. Due to with increasingly hectic time, more and more demands are placed on employees and the associated motivation and demotivation. The work aim is to focus on the relationship between motivation and mobbing. What motivational benefits from increasing financial rewards to reducing contact with the aggressor lead the victim to remain in the position. One of the goals is to find out who can most easily fall victim in mobbing and also whether employees have enough confidence to report mobbing to their superiors. The main benefit of the work lies in the analysis the victims of mobbing, the subsequent inference of knowledge about the characteristics of these people and finding out the main motivators that would be a sufficient substitute for the unpleasant situation. The characteristic can be used in the preventive protection of potential victims. Motivators, in turn, can be used when the above-mentioned prevention fails.
