The trend of educating non-medical employees working as paramedics in emergency rescue service in Czech republic

The aim of this work is to present current trends in internal training of paramedical staff of emergency medical services in the Czech Republic, a case study is comparing trends of the two different entities. Those are EMS Czech Budweis and EMS Prague. In the end of this work differences and individual knowledges are compared. This thesis addresses the problem of internal training of paramedics in paramedical field in Czech republic in the terms of trends and a case study of comparing two different EMS (Čzech Budweis and the main city of Prague)
