The design of new space utilization includes a new building of an intensive urban area, so-called multifunctional house. Ponávka River is the compositional axis of a new development. The river indicates the character of the parterre. It is a place for relaxation and a walking promenade. The buildings have 1 - 4 aboveground and 1 underground floor. The compactness of the building differs from the second above-ground floor. Solitary objects are formed by a square or rectangular ground plan. The object is used for various purposes, such as services, administrative and residential areas or underground parking. The perimeter cladding of the building is made of brick cladding with respect to the surrounding area. The building is complemented by an external metal structure - stand-alone frames that can be used to hold green. The frames are repeated throughout the area and form a connecting element.
