Physical activity of women with regular participation in sport activities.

The issue: The issue of lack of physical activity refers to as the population of children and youth, as well as the adult population. Properly chosen and regularly performed sports games in terms of health may make recommendations of physical activity sufficient. This thesis deals with the physical activity of the adult population of women with regular physical activity. Objectives: The aim is to determine the amount of physical activity in the adult population of women with regular organized physical activity, and the results of comparison with older school-age girls without regular organized physical activity. At the same time to relate the observed results to health physical activity recommendations. Tasks and Methodology: Physical activity is detected using accelerometers ActiGraph GT3X supplemented the written record and physical activity. Results: The result of the study confirmed our hypothesis. The women with regular organised physical activity reported significantly higher energy expenditure peer week, work days and weekend days in comparison with without organised physical activity. Women with regular organised physical activity met the health physical activity recommendations in six days from all seven days of measuring. The possibility of measuring the intensity of physical activity based on the number of steps and heart rate data in adults, school and preschool children

The number of people suffering from overweight or obesity is growing worldwide. One of the most important factors contributing to weight gain is the lack of exercise, which is nowadays caused mainly by a sedentary lifestyle. Exercise is therefore very important for our health and in children it also significantly contributes to the proper development of their cognitive functions. This thesis is focused on the possibility of using data about total number of steps for a certain time unit (per minute or throughout the day) to classify the intensity of physical activity (especially moderate and vigorous) it also marginally deals with the possibility of evaluating the intensity of physical activity using heart rate data. According to internationally recognized standards, an adult should spend at least 30 minutes (60 minutes is recommended for children) a day in moderate intensity physical activity, or 15 minutes (30 minutes for children) in vigorous intensity physical activity. Many studies focused on adults agreed that the cadence of around 90-110 steps per minute is optimal for achieving moderate intensity of physical activity, but the height, age and gender of individuals also play an important role. For children, this value is around 120 steps per minute, but age is much more important than gender....

The Differences in Motoric Activities Between Male and Female - Students SBU.

My graduation theses focuses on the difference between sport activities of men and women , students of South Bohemia University in České Budějovice. The object in view are students of South Bohemia University that study bachelor, and engineer programme. The theoretical part is bended on definition of the term sport activity and it´s main division. Then I tried to think of consequences of a lack of sport activity and also it´s affect on sexual relation. In the empirical part I present my results of quantity and quality of sport activities and evaluation of well-being, health and sex amenity associated with sport activity. The aim of my graduation theses is to compare preferences of sport activities of men and women. This essay should be used to teach students the importace of sport activity on the whole biomentalsocial part of health.
