Motivy a postoje hostů ke spropitnému v hostinském zařízení

This thesis deals with study of the main factors and motives by which are the guests of inns in Czech Republic influenced and which have great influence on the level of tipping. The main aim of the work is to reveal which of the factors and motives have the greatest influence on the guests. This aim will be reached through a questionnaire surve (n=425). The results of this research can then serve as a basis for educational programs for schools or for the training of hospi-tality staff.
