Construction of equipment for deburring gears
Bosák, Daniel ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of the equipment for deburring gears on the Gleason GP 200 machine. The first part contains research of current methods of deburring. At the following analysis of the task dimensions and layout of the machine, focusing on equipment placement, are analyzed. Next, a choice of tool is made. Two variants of design solutions are outlined. One of them is more elaborated. Important structural units are solved. At the end of the thesis an analysis of the geometry and stiffness is made. The maximum equipment load is recommended with regard to the maximum deformation.
Description of gear-producing machines
Jelínek, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis summarises knowledge from area of gear producing machines aimed on gear generating machines. It describes types and principles of gear generating machines. The main target of the thesis is to make an overview above this problems and summarize the classic and modern ways in the development of gear generating machines.
Multifunction gear cutting machine
Danda, Libor ; Šmérek, Petr (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the design of a small, computer-controlled machine tool. It is used for gearwheels production and combines the two most used manufacturing methods. The dissertation was dealt with in cooperation with a business subject which focuses on the development of milling machines. The introductory section is discussing research of current state of knowledge and market research focused on gearing machine tools, including patent investigation. The conceptual solution is discussing several variants of the cinematographic arrangement of the axes from which the final design solution was developed. This is described in detail in the second part of the dissertation. It contains description of individual construction complexes, choice of propellant units, modal analysis of sliding systems using the method of finite elements and in the conclusion the electronic part of the machine with its overall shape solution.
