Realization of Reduction of Energy Consumption of Museum in Horni Studenec

The bachelor thesis describes the realization of thermal insulation of Museum in Horni Studenec. The part of this stage is a montage of new windows and entrance doors, thermal insulation of foundation, plinth and external walls. The thermal insulation is designed using external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The thesis handles with technological prescription, assessment of transport itineraries, itimized budget with statement of quantities, design of site equipment, construction schedule, inventory of machines, control and test plan and occupational safety and health. In the last chapter of the thesis, there is described a mechanical anchoring system of thermal insulation, the comparison of the standard types and design of dowels, which are suitable for use in the realization of thermal insulation of the building facility.

Modern anchor and grout systems are now at a high level and they are used in many branches of industry. This thesis evaluates the current state of anchoring and grouting systems, research of currently used material basis, testing procedures and up to date legislation for these types of materials. Above all, the thesis is focused on the chemical types of anchor and grout materials for utilization in industrial production facilities with exposure to extreme loads, a new methodology for testing of these types of materials and input raw materials will be proposed. The final part of this thesis is a proposal of new optimum formulas for anchoring and grouting materials for utilization in industrial production facilities with exposure to extreme loads including the description of their applications.

Bachelor thesis is focused on practical analysis of used anchor elements for particular areas. The beginning of the thesis devides anchor and fastening elements based on its construction as well as information meant for correct element proposal, especially in civil engineering. The thesis also mentiones couple of examples where anchoring makes the most important part for the overall functionality. Second part of the bachelor thesis focuses on materials and element’s surface adjustment, espacially against corrosion. In conclusion, there are mentioned examples of testings, whether for the particular element’s resistance to corrosion or for its cohesiveness in anchored bedrock.
