Lighting with Tunable Spectral Distribution and Its Influence on Human Physiological Functions
Hanák, Petr ; Bendová,, Zdeňka (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
In this diplomat theses are considered the effects of light on human beings, especially on physical performance. The goal of this work was to design a suitable method for evaluation of the effects of light on physical performance. Furthermore, to verify designed methods in laboratory environment and the assessment of collected data. After creating this method several people were tested under different light conditions and collected date evaluated. The results are suggesting that high intensity lighting with low wave lengths leads to an increase of physiological activity in organism and therefore to a potential decreasing physical performance.
Embedded System for Detecting Human Aggression
Hlavienka, Boris ; Malaník, Petr (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on design and implementation of detection system based on aggresion recognition through combinations of physiological changes such as heart rate, voice intensity and skin resistance. The goal is to implement the system on embedded device and test efficency of such system through an experiment. This paper carries out analysis of individual types and expressions of aggresion, on the basis of which they are then chosen methods of its detection. The final product is then tested using an experiment on a group of voulenteers, who were exposed to various stimuli with the aim of inducing aggressive behavior. The findings may be put to use in the field of aggression prevention and safety protection in various environments as well as medicine.

Analysis of the influence of sports massage back to the heart rate for students of physical education PF JU
KLÍMOVÁ, Simona
The aim of this thesis is to prove whether a sporting massage of a back has an influence on the heart rate change. The analysis was carried out on female physical education students of PF JU, aged 20 23, specifically on ten of them chosen random, who agreed with the usage of measured data. The measurement was carried out in the lessons of Complex regeneration on the physical education and sport department of PF JU and the measurement was done by a digital arm pressure gauge type Tensoval duo control. The heart rate data were taken before the massage, during the massage, right after the massage and after five minutes from the massage. The results prove that heart rate decreased and changed only about 10 heartbeats maximum.
