Vliv zelených prací na výskyt chorob révy vinné a metody detekce chorob révy vinné s využitím metod infračerveného termálního zobrazování, chlorofylové fluorescence a hyperspektrálního zobrazování
Kuchaříková, Kateřina
Climate change is becoming a big issue worldwide and the consequences of this has a result in the weather patterns creating a direct impact on grapevine production and disease management. Grapevines are highly susceptible to fungal diseases, relative humidity and warm weather are ideal components that have a direct correlation on the development and dissemination of fungal pathologies. The aim of this study is to describe how leaf removal affects the incidence of fungal diseases in Vitis vinifera. The experiment was conducted in Dolní Kounice on the Svatovavřinecké variety. The following methods were used for the study: infrared thermal imaging, chlorophyll fluorescence, and hyperspectral imaging. The results were subsequently processed using statistical methods.
Rezistence genes against fungi deseases in cereals and methods for their detection
Stuchlíková, Šárka ; Dumalasová, Veronika (advisor) ; Schwarzerová, Kateřina (referee)
The paper deals with the possibilities of detection fungal disease resistance genes in the original European cereals, such as wheat, barley, rye and oats. It provides an overview of the most important resistance genes for breeding. The significance of the resistance genes is evaluated on the basis of the harmfulness of the individual cereal fungal diseases, as well as the importance of the individual cereal species. It describes the possibilities of detecting resistance genes using molecular markers and compares various types of molecular markers. It seeks answers to the question of where the breeding on resistance and therefore the use of molecular markers brings the greatest benefit.
Preservation and restoration of alleys in the Jihlava
HÁVOVÁ, Šárka
Factors that cause the development of fungal diseases is not only the state of health of trees but also their age, environment and last but not least, maintenance and care of trees. This thesis evaluates the impact of different levels and modes of damage to trees on the development of fungal diseases. Since the Highlands Region second richest in the alley, was chosen specifically Jihlavsko. This thesis consists of two parts. The first one describes the history of the alley, the importance and functions, their legislative security and characteristic alley harmful factors, including fungal diseases. The second part focuses on the specific model alley, where they are identified specific problems. Based on an evaluation of all aspects of the individual alleys a proposal to the preservation and restoration of these alleys.
Protection of spring barley with fungicides
BOJAROVÁ, Jana
The history of cultivating barley dates back to the beginning of conscious agriculture, accompanying humans together with wheat, as the second oldest grain. It is not possible to understand the current role barley plays in our economy only from the perspective of its use of malting, although we regard it as a priority, both in light of breeding and cultivating, and its research. With regard to the short growing season, the weaker root system and its biological character, barley reacts sensitive to stressful conditions of all kind, and thus also to any br1eeding mistake. Throughout its entire vegetation period, spring barley is exposed to the pressure of a number of fungal diseases. Especially in regard to the malting barley, it is necessary to fight against this danger effectively. High demands are put on the quality of malting barley and diseases can - to a large extent - decide on economic breeding results. It says: For successful breeding of malting barley, its outcome is the tax of the complex breeding proceedings. The fight against fungal diseases is a significant part of agricultural engineering. A series of preparations against fungal diseases exist and further registrations of preparations continue to occur. The laboratory Kluky s.r.o. is one of the companies that makes registered experiments of the preparations. Within this recognized laboratory, the experiment of monitoring diseases of the spring barley was carried out while applying chosen beneficent substances.
