Apartment building
Filípková, Zuzana ; Zumr, David (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption in the municipality of Blansko. The building will be situated on a plot of land in the northern part of the town between the existing development of family houses on the area defined by the zoning plan as a buildable area. The building has four floors above ground and one underground floor. It is covered with a flat vegetated roof. In the basement of the apartment building and there is a collective garage and technical facilities. On the above-ground floors there are residential units with the size of 1+kk to 4+kk. Parking of cars is possible in addition to the mass garage on the parking spaces in front of the building. The main entrance to the building is located on the east side. The common areas include a vestibule, entrance hall and corridors, from which there is access to the individual residential units. All floors are connected by a staircase and a hydraulic lift. The structural system of the building is combined. It consists of perimeter load-bearing walls and an internal skeleton longitudinal system composed of columns and transoms. The horizontal structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The building is based on a foundation slab. The perimeter walls are contact insulated with ETICS system using basalt wool of 200mm thickness.
Apartment building
Kužmová, Alica Viktória ; Harčáková, Klára (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new work of an apartment building in the center of Košice on Hutnícka street. The terrain of the parcel is mostly flat. The building has four aboveground floors and one underground. The project includes 19 apartment units ranging in size from 1+kk to 3+kk, each with a terrace, balcony or loggia. In the underground floor there is a complete infrastructure of the apartment building and a collective garage with 19 parking spaces. The construction system is a board frame with hidden bridgings. The perimeter structures in the basement are made of reinforced concrete, the upper floors have vertical infill structures made of ceramic blocks. The load-bearing capacity is ensured by columns and a stiffening core. Horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The foundations are formed by a base plate with an extension under the supporting columns. Roofing is provided by two flat vegetation roofs with extensive greenery at different height levels. The building is insulated using the ETICS system.
Sewage pumping station
Čožík, Martin ; Perla, Jan (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is static design of a sewage plant reservoir, dimensioning and examination of the construction part for Capacity Limit State and Applicability Limit State. Design documentation is included in the project. The aim of this thesis was to design the reservoir in such a way that there would be no cracks in the concrete. The calculations were carried out in accordance with Eurocode 2.
Verification of interaction between the foundation plate and the pile
Kozáková, Marcela ; Hrubešová,, Eva (referee) ; Turček,, Peter (referee) ; Horák, Vladislav (advisor)
The doctoral thesis deal with the interaction between the foundation plate and deep foundation in the form of bored piles in the case of skeleton construction. The issue of tension redistribution from the column between the plate and the pile is investigated on specific object – „Shopping and entertainment center Fórum Nová Karolina”. On this object were selected columns monitored and load tests of the piles was executed. Values of the axial loading of the piles and the actual deformation of the construction have been derived from measurements and tests. They were compared with the results of structural behavior by numerical modeling.
Multifunctional object Brno - Bohunice
Chládek, Jakub ; Novotný, Miloslav (referee) ; Novotný, Miloslav (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in Brno Bohunice. The building has six floors with five floors above ground and a basement. The first above-ground floor will be used for commercial units, the second to fifth floors will be used for administration. The basement contains a collective garage. Structurally, the building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton in a 6 x 6 meter module and is based on a base plate locally supported by gravel piles under columns. The roof is designed as a flat single shelled.
Design of foundation of single-family house
Kotík, Libor ; Strnad, Jiří (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The work deals with design of foundation plate of single-family house on the gravel foundation of foam glass. The solution implies design and assessment foundation plate by ČSN EN 1992 in the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state - crack limitation.
